I have been waited whole day in the office for my parcel to be delivered, but the delivery guy was never appeared. The next day I checked the status change to 'Shipment on Hold'.

Could you please deliver the parcel to me or after the Shopee guarantee end on 10 Jan 2020, I have to initiate a refund.
After I have filed a complaint, the delivery guy has delivered my parcel in the afternoon. And the status of the delivery is 'Out for delivery'. A bit late but as long I can get my parcel, I am happy! :)
