Extremely unprofessional and pathetic service.

If it could have been possible, I would've literally given them Negative stars.

It's just so fraudulent how they convince and claim to deliver the courier in 10 days and claim to have the most amazing service in the town.

They often advertise themselves over local radio stations and add FAKE Reviews on google just to mislead people.

I Sent a courier on 25 September 2022 and I was promised to get the courier delivered in ten days and now it has marked almost 80 Days and I still haven't received my stuff. Everytime I contact them and ask them about the whereabouts of my courier, they just tell me that it's stuck in the customs at the Delhi Airport. I asked the company for my Airway Bill number along with Bill of Entry details as a proof that they have actually shipped my courier, they said it's confidential and they can't share the information. I mean; confidential? It's my stuff. On building a pressure, I asked For the airway bill again telling them that i'll get it cleared through my agent, they provided me with random digits (AWB Air India - [protected]). My agent called at Delhi airport service desk, Shockingly, The information was incorrect. They provided me a fake Airway bill!

Everytime they are just telling me to wait for a week and now it's been more than 2 and half months just hearing that. From past 10 days they have just stopped responding to the messages. I've all the expensive clothing including my ethnic clothes and footwear in it. I had to repurchase them all again. They have screwed up all my functions that I needed to attend.

And I have seen reviews of other people suffering from similar issues, So ABC Cargo guys don’t reply back only on review attaching your email ids showing your fake concern by claiming to resolve the issue, As I have already contacted each and every one of you.

They're least interested in responding back and providing any updates and delivering the shipment. I want the correct details about AWB bill and Bill of Entry. Else I am gonna file a case against you guys for fraudulent services and information in Consumer happiness and satisfaction Department.

I feel sorry for myself that I cant rate this useless company a big Zero !

This is the worst courier in UAE and the whole world,pls dont fall for their ads and outlets they are horrible,I am myself a Logistics Manager stating the same.

If you really care for your articles pls Never Ever Use ABC cargo,they will destroy it and make your life horrible,pls dont trust them.

I had unfortunately send my items from UAE to UK,right from the 3 hour delay in collection timing+1 and half hour delay for the weighing scale to come from another site...What a Joke ABC cargo!

Their sales team will strategically avoid you from informing about terms and use it against you once the products are damaged.

Pls pls stay away from this company at any cost.

I have sent a courier on July 9 2023 from Dubai to Bangalore as an express courier to be delivered in 20-25 days. The tracking number is HWB No: CEAQJ39205. There was 4 quantity and out of which 3 is delivered after much follow ups with ABC in October 1st week. And there is still one missing quantity which being after so many follow ups has been stated that misplaced and cannot be tracked. This is very unacceptable service wherein the ABC staffs are stating on call that it will be delivered in 5 mins and suddenly I receive a mail stating it’s been misplaced, hence request to look into this urgently. Will be escalating the same further.

I had called Mr sharath for cargo pick up on 29th sep at 5pm and they came and picked up with Guy named Najeeb. He came and left my home in few min leaving the 2 packing boys behind. The boys tried to make the payment and once our ph s

Displayed as completed they left my home. They didn't provide me with any bills despite of asking. Its been 11 days and upon enquiring I found the box is still in Dxb on 11th Oct. Upon investigation no one had a clue what happened. You have lost my trust, my time and damage of quality of items worth 1000 dhs. This is 2nd time this is happening last time you left the items somewhere where items reached India which all items eaten by rats. What I understood is that you lack of commitment and irresponsible behaviour towards expat valuable items to their loved had been taken for granted. I had reported the same to Saad. This is my first and last time to use your pathetic svc. I will def make sure this is spread by word of mouth and social media.

Pathetic service and no one giving any proper information.. Once the cargo was picked up all rosy rosy commitments and assurances, they confirmed delivery time would be 25-30 days and now it's literally almost 2 months and I still haven't gotten my package..

CAN SOMEONE BOTHER TO GIVE A PROPER RESPONSE AS TO WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Hi i had sent the cargo on June 26 as per you terms and conditions it should reach in 40 days or 45 days now it's 57days when you are promise to the coustomer you have to hold that but you are giving only wrong info were i can see the comment below. When i tried reaching your agents there is no proper replay. nd your CC service they will say to send email I really don't know that what is the use of it sending email 📨

If you cannot deliver on time refund and returned the item so I will manage our self

This is a total fake company… it’s been 50 days, no one has any idea where my shipment is… I have my expensive paintings and arts in the shipment… every 4 days they mention another 4 days… it’s almost 2 months and they have no answer about it…

Never deal with them, customer support is on auto mode, they always lie and send the same emails back…

Deal with any small company, but not with these people at any cost…

I have sent the cargo on June 23rd and is still waiting for the clearance. As per tracking system it shows that it's received at the destination on July 6th, until now pending and now they are telling again it will take time. I had sent my cargo to get settled in India. So almost everything is there, as the promised time we had also booked the flights. 20-30 days was the time.

One of the pathetic service I would rate and absolutely no accountable response from the team.

Parcel was couriered on June 4th with express sea cargo with 21-25 days commitment and its being more then 45days no clarity on shipment. Online tracking system is another disaster.

This is the second time same experience I have faced and would never recommend to use ABC cargo services

I ahd booked a package (air shipment) thru abc courier on 28th Apr 2023. Today its 21st Jun 2023. Its almost 2 months since the booking and till date it has not been delivered and they are just dodging all queries and saying it's stuck in Delhi customs.

Because thy assured fast deliveries, i had included sone gifts for a special occasion.

Now i am worriedif they have just missed the package itself.

This is the most indifferent, unethical and unprofessional service provider ever.

They definitely have to bear the losses and compensate for the delay, the loss, the agaony and harm done.

To whom so ever it may concern,
I have given my cargo for door to door service to ABC CARGO (muhaisnah branch) on 28 jan 2023 and they have promised me that it will be delivered with 28 days. Now its been more than 3 months I have received my cargo. There everytime they are saying the same story. (Our experts are working on it)
I strongly says this information that they are giving is fake. This is fake company and they cheat people without any mercy.
Kindly if you can take an action against this fake people will be appreciated

I have read the cargo from Burduba to Kerala on 8th in express cargo they said that delivery will be in 25 days I have sent goods home in express cargo now more than 50 days till now no response from cargo side always said customs clearance.messages are sending again and again is this a business strategy of yours express cargo I am sorry to have had such a bad experience from ABC Cargo after being expatriate for so many years.

Very Disappointing Service from ABC Cargo!

I have never expected my things to arrive in this situation. I regret why I didn't paid attention to other reviews on this website.

They claim that their service is door to door by the delivery guy refused to deliver the box from his car to our door, after we told him that there is two deaths happened in the house and no man is at house now, he agreed to deliver on door but with labor charges.

The only things which are not broken is clothes. Plastics, Kitchen items are broken/damaged. My wife sends boxes to Philippines every two months through LBC Cargo and we have never encountered even 1 issue ever in past 7 years and all the things always reached as packed.

I don't have any words left now to express my anger/sadness.

I send a express sea cargo through your service (CELBB10723) on 12 th of march to Kerala from Albarsha 1 ( desk in Lulu hyper market)as per ur customer executive it should be delivered within 20-25 days it’s been 46 days I still not received , I send all my luggage through your cargo , tomorrow By evening I am reaching my home , . How will I reach my home without luggage,? Is this your service, ? , I am very disappointed with your service, as one of your representative himself initiated and forced me to send my luggage’s through your service , Give me solution as soon as possible, or else I will forward my review in google

I have booked a consignment from Dubai to India on 30th January 2023, but still today 19-04-2023 have not received the consignment and after many calls got an update yesterday that the consignment is delayed in the customs for last 75 days. Very irresponsible and poor service from ABC Cargo. I will never ever send any consignment through them and will inform all my friends and relatives not to send anything through ABC Cargo

Company promised to reach cargo in 45 days however its been more than 2 months cargo was not delivered. When evr asked for status thy say it is waiting for customs clearance. Ridiculous!
Make sure the cargo reach asap else we need to file a case against the company in UAE consumer protection court!

My consignment number : CEAQQM19566
Booked on 9th November 2022 from Dubai to Hyderabad.
I am hard pressed with calling your customer care over a month and your managers to track my consignment. It was promised for a delivery by maximum 30 days, but as on date even after 66 days the consignment is still not delivered.

Online tracking status shows “Waiting for clearance since 23rd November 2022” and none of your staff able to answer when the consignment will be delivered to me.
I am running pillar to post to find out the status and visited your office in Al Nadha couple of times but no proper answer.

On 11th January, I was told the consignment is cleared and waiting for gate pass. Today the response is different, and consignment is still under custom clearance.
What is going on?
Is this the way a reputed company like yours deal with your customers?
This is very unprofessional way of dealing things and all your claims in public, social media are false and baseless claims.

You even do not have system in place to intimate customers on delay? is this your professional approach?
I want to know what status of my delivery is and need your quick response with an indication when exactly I will receive my goods intact.

I have placed my Cargo of 98 Kgs approx weight at ABC Courier on Dec 03, 2022 in AbuDhabi, UAE. After several times follow up still the cargo is not yet delivered at the destination after a commitment of max 20-30 days by the ABC courier agency.

I have also called ABC courier services and the head office branches at Abu Dhabi and trying to call the customer care executives several times but no clear response on the status of my Cargo and most of the time they replied it’s got stuck in custom clearance. I would inform the Abudhabi Government Authority for this very poor and unprofessional services by ABC Cargo And ask there support and help by taking action especially their writing commitment for delivery in 20-30 days. Please be aware with there worst service !

I have sent items from the UAE to the UK in the month of Dec 2022.

Most of the valuable items are damaged.

Approximate cost for the items damaged,

1600 AED for the SAMSUNG Laser printer is broken,

400 AED griller is broken,

IKEA plates broken (15 AED each), IKEA cooking items broken,

2 of the photo frames broken (glass and wood) (30 AED each),

Prayer items (2 broken).

55 AED cooking pot (mud) broken
