Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Karma I have made the withdrawal amount 1lakh on 13th of April 2024 and till now it is not credited in my bank account it has been now 19days.
So far I have called more than 20/30 times to 1xbet customer support team and every time they give me false assurance that my Money will be refunded back to my 1xbet account or will transfer to my bank account within 24hrs and most of the time they says request forwarded to next level for investigation but they never come back with the updates, also they keep asking bank statements. Also I have sent 5 emails so far with all necessary details but no response from email team.
This is the worst experience in my life I never thought such a big and popular online gaming company like 1xbet will do this to their customer.
Please understand the pain and mental stress going through at this moment.

Dear 1xbet Team,
Please don’t play with our emotion, don’t make us fool. It has been now more than a month since I have done withdrawal still I haven’t got the money. Whenever I called or email to support team they always give some excuses not ready to help.
I am pretty sure this is scammed by your agent and support team knows that.
Every time they asked me to share latest bank statements and confirmation email from banks which I have already shared. Both the banks HDFC & ICICI has clearly written there is no transaction with said UTR number. Now what more is left to prove from my side this is total scam.
I have already raised my concern to said email ids – complaints@1xpartner.com & info-ind@1xbet-team.com no response from them.
