There is a person contacted me because my funds have not deposited in account. On contacting him he said he is working with 1xbet company. And thus I think he is your real staff member. He deposited with my astropay ac without my knowledge and started creating reasons. I have all the whatsapp chat, call recordings, transaction details and this bank ac details too track down him faster. The next iam gonna file a complaint in cyber cell online too. You can find the attachment and contact me incase if you need more clarification. Those fraudsters are suppose to beg eat and live their living. Not meant to loot others hard working warned money.. let the cyber cell track him down and teach a good lesson.

Would like to bring you forward that the customer support and security teams aren't being responsive and are very careless regarding the customer issue in safeguarding the money. To be noted! Because of the staffs like this your company reputation is getting spoiled day by day.
I have been contacting them since morning 2am and till now they aren't give me a correct answer. If they would have been sincere in their work I would hve saved my hard working earning - 10,000 INR
One of your staff is telling me that money deposit is in process and will be shown in my account in 24hrs? Isn't crazy 🤪 I have not done any deposit in my account but just look up how the staffs are giving a false and not suitable reply which is totally against the issue just to close the chat? As you can see the I have made a query as per your instructions. But till now not even a formal email as they are working on it or anything else.
I have send again multiple emails to your security team in regards to check my case. Still they are same not responding it properly.
