I deposited money Rs20000 through easypaisa wallet on 22 feb to an 1xbet agent named asghar ali but after talking two days to the customer support team and email department and provided all the evidence statement and screenshot etc they said that your payment is not been recieved to us. So i demanded them to please provide the statement or screenshot of that agents account but they denied that its not possible.

I had this issue started back on Dec 2022 I sent them $110 using E wallet but they never credited to my account. After all the useless emails going in and out no one actually trying or willing to help. I've provided them all the paper work which was requested by them yet they never sort it or even a try. I've been emailing them since December 6th 2022

Be very careful, they stole my money, just minutes after depositing the money. They closed my account for no reason. Why do you allow these thieving sites to do this with our money? All these complaining people, why don't you do something basic? Once and for all, this fraudulent company must be shut down. When I going to withdraw money in Dec 2022, I got my account blocked, and requested to hand in documents and forms.
