Don't waste ur money. I paid over 200 bucks to wait for over 2 hours to get into my room. Check in time was 4 and I got into my room after 6 o'clock. There was no one instructing the massive crowd for check in so people were skipping and holding multiple positions in different lines. After my first check in after waiting an hour I was told my room was not ready. Then after my room was ready I was instructed to go back to the line to get my key. Even after asking if there was a special line for those that have already went through the process of checking in and paying for the room. I was told no. So I had to wait in line another hour to simple get my key. I called the front desk to ask a question about my check out and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I then called the reservation line and they instructed me to talk to the front desk who then never picked up the phone and just transferred me back to the reservation line. Now mind you each time I called or was sent to the reservation line I was on hold for 30+ minutes. End result was to have to go back and stand in line yet again for 20+minutes. I even had a supervisor tell me there was nothing he could do. For 200 a night it was the service,room,and cleanliness of a ran down roach motel. I will never go there again and advise anyone to never waste their hard earned money for this "resort".

Me and my family went to Paragon Casino Resort and it was okay. The casino was fun and we won some money. The food was good too, but it was a bit expensive. The room was okay, but there were some problems. The air conditioning didn't work very well and it was really hot in the room. Also, the TV was old and the picture was blurry. But overall, we had a good time and would come back again.

Me stayed at Paragon Casino Resort from July 22 to July 24. Me got a double interior atrium room with a view of the courtyard. Me had a bad time. Me asked for non smoking but got smoking and was told there were no non smokin rooms left. The curtain in the bathroom had mold on it. The headboard and dressers were so dusty and caused our allergies to flare up. When me talked to someone at the front desk, they said they were short-staffed on housekeepers. Me paid over $600 for a stay that was not good and just down right horrible. If me can't get a refund, me would love to get a voucher and maybe this time it will be a much cleaner place. I was at Paragon Casino Resort for 2 nights, from 8/6 to 8/8. On 8/7, I went to my friend's room before heading to the casino. When I walked out of her room onto the tiled floor in the hallway, it felt like I was walking on water. I slipped and fell hard on my right hand and side. The guards thought it might be condensation from under the door. The hotel paramedics came and gave me an icepack because my hand and side were hurting. A few hours later, my hand was still hurting so bad that I went back to security and had the paramedic wrap my hand in an ace bandage. I had to take Advil and lay down for most of the rest of my trip. The next day, my friend told me about all the problems she was having with her room. Her phone wasn't working, there were no ashtrays or soap dishes, and worst of all, on Sunday morning, there was water on the carpet near the bathroom. I want a refund for my room because my trip was ruined by the terrible conditions of her room.

Me and my fam went to Paragon Casino Resort from June 18-20, 2021. We got 5 rooms in the "South Tower" and all of them were gross. There was paper and popcorn on the floors, stuff on the tables and mold in the showers. The elevators and hallways were also dirty. I even found a pink thing hanging from the ceiling! I called for help but nothing was done. I had to clean everything myself with Lysol cuz of Covid-19. Even the headboards were dusty and dirty. I tried to talk to the manager but they didn't answer my email. This place is not clean and I wouldn't recommend it.

I book room North King for $129/night on 05 Nov for 11-12 Nov. Total cost $145.77. I get there at 1 AM on 12 Nov. The person at the front desk confirms my reservation and charges my debit card. They give me a key to South Double, not North King. I wanted North King with one king bed and a jacuzzi tub. South Double is more expensive at $179. The North Wing is closed during the week, but the website didn't say that. The person at the front desk didn't tell me either. They charged me $195.77, which is more than what I booked online. They told me the wrong rate for the room I wanted. I want a refund or a cheaper rate.

Stay was bad. Customer service was bad. I called and emailed and messaged and no one got back to me. It's been over a week! I want my money back for my stay from 10/8 to 10/10 in room 1189. It was the worst hotel stay ever. The line was long when we checked in and someone cut in front of us and staff did nothing. No one helped us with our bags. The TV was broken and it took forever to get it fixed. We asked for more towels and toilet paper and they said no. We had to use tissue paper to wipe ourselves. The shower didn't have a curtain and water went everywhere. I almost fell and I'm pregnant. The alarms went off all night and we had to walk back to our room. I want my money back. We were trying to get away from Hurricane Delta and this stay made it worse.
