Zolucky review: poor quality awful customer service

I ordered 3 dresses from Zolucky.com on 4/23/23 after seeing repeated ads online. Their dresses looked attractive on their site, so I decide to try ordering from them. I had a bit of trouble placing the order but eventually was able to perform the task. The order number is HBLLE01079221. One of the dresses was on backorder therefore it was shipped separately. When the first 2 dresses arrived, they were all wrinkled, the material was very cheesy, and they did not fit. They were much too big even though I ordered a size small, it fit more like a size large. When the third dress arrived, it was not the dress I had ordered and did not fit either.

I then attempted to contact them, as it said on the return instructions that I needed a return authorization. They have a "24/7" chat and I was not able to contact them with that. I requested a ticket as they said they would contact me within 24 hours. They never responded. On the package slip it said that they could be reached at "[protected]@zolucky.com". I send them an email on 4/29 requesting a return authorization again. I forwarded back several times. Again, no response.

They are a mystery company. It is fairly easy to place an order, but then they disappear once you are not happy with their product and service.

I have been reading a lot of reviews (which I should have read prior to ordering) saying the same thing. They basically had the same experience I had. It is impossible to get in touch with them.

In the mean time, I am out $88.46 for merchandise that I cannot use. I would like to be refunded for that amount.
