The picture and product definitely were not equal to what I received. They also say that the consumer is responsible for return cost, but there is nothing on their website to indicate that it is in China. I also reached out to them at least 6-8 times and never received return shipping information. The cost for sending the item back would be more than the item themselves, and there was no transparency with this. They also have this:
"Kind reminder: any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned package without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded." well, I find that confusing and not helpful.
Desired outcome: REFUND OR SHIPPING LABEL SINCE THE ONE I RECEIVED FROM AMEX WAS 8 LINES LONG!!!
I do not get pictures of the items. just the square with the price at the bottom. very hard to place an order when yo cannot see the item. the emails you send me and also when I look your site up on the internet.
I ordered a pair of jeans for 51.00 and still waiting for them. I am contacting my bank to look into this on whether you are a fraud or not.
I ordered a pair of jeans, and they took out the money the day I ordered for $51.68. I have tried to call, email and chat online. I will be contacting my bank for fraud. I made this purchase on November 30, 2023 and keep getting the run around.

I can't seem to figure out how to make a return I believe my order#is hbiie1101234.the receipt is so faded the order#may not be correct.
September 2021 ordered two blouses. They both arrived with their neck area not closed (finished). Like other review here, filed for a return and told would I would receive mailing address to mail items back to within 48 hours. Additionally I was informed I would have to pay for return mailing. I didn't see this when I bought items. After 6 days of not receiving email with return address (no emails at all), I filed BBB compliant. BBB informed me they could not contact company. Address in earlier email from Zolucky indicated they were located in California. This is the second time in one year I have ordered something from Chinese company and not had a reply when attempted to correct problem. In both instances I did not know company was located in China. Other instance I ordered winter coat with battery charger for warming coat. Package came without charger and multiple attempts to contact about issue weren't successful.
