Excellent results. Easy to work with. Competent. From the initial meeting with Kevin, scheduling and coordination with Stephanie, and the technicial capabilities of Juan C and Brian. Everyone communicated throughout the three-day project and were responsive to my preferences. Follow up after the installation was by phone (from the office) and e-mail (by the owner). Well done.

Been trying to get my generator serviced by Yost & Campbell for 2 months. After all this time they told me they can't identify the model of my Generac unit so they can't order parts. Hard to believe that this gigantic piece of machinery sits in my yard and no one on planet earth can identify the model. Yost & Campbell basically told me there's nothing they can do. Now, it's up to me to become a Generator Detective.

We hired Yost and Campbell to install a split unit to replace our air conditioners. Kevin came out to survey the job and gave us a quick turn around with the estimate. After hiring them, they started the following week and the employees were always on time, very nice, neat and did beautiful work. We are very happy with how everything came out and will be looking into using Yost and Campbell in the future for some other projects we have lined up!

I had a great experience with Yost and Campbell! From day one, they were straightforward, good communicators and exceeded expectations in terms of efficiency and quality. I used them to upgrade to an energy-efficient heat pump and isolate a leak in my main system left by the original installer, who refused to take responsibility for their work. Yost and Campbell upgraded the system and found the leak in no time, considerably faster than the original date they promised. I'm happy I found them and look forward to continuing to do business with them.

We had a new boiler and a ductless AC unit installed by Yost & Campbell a few years ago. The installations were very well-done and we were extremely pleased with the results. We joined their Home Comfort Service Club and are very happy with their service. Their technicians/service men are prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! We never have to clean up after them. They answer our questions and if sometimes they don't know the answer, they promptly contact someone who does. We highly recommend Yost & Campbell for any heating or AC needs!

We've had Yost & Campbell taking care of our heating ,a/c and plumbing needs since 1967. We just had heating and a/c mini splits installed throughout our house and the results are wonderful.Not only are the units working flawlessly but the installation process was smooth and professional. As well as very clean. Special thanks to John and Tracey for keeping me informed of the step by step process . Both were very easy to talk to and answered my questions promptly. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ,AND HAVE RECOMMENDED, YOST AND CAMPBELL.Thank you again.

Zero stars. I had a very bad experience with this company. I initially called them to have a technician to take a look at my heater. The technician came and could not tell me what was the problem because apparently the September day when he came was not cold enough. I called the company asking them to correct their wrong by sending a technician on a colder day. But they were only interested in my money and offered me a membership instead of doing the work that I initially requested, that I paid for and was not done. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!

sent me a text to tell me they were on their way to my sister-in-laws home to perform the annual heating maintenance on her natural gas fired furnace. When they arrived they texted me and a short while later my sister-in-law texted me to tell me everything went well and they had left. We were very pleased with the service we received. The service technicians are always very courteous and knowledgeable whenever they service both our natural gas fired furnaces at both our homes. We would definitely recommend *** to all our friends and family.

We couldnt have been more pleased with our experience with *** installing the ductless units at our house. They were professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. Each tech was knowledgeable and respectful. One of techs even ended up finding an unrelated issue in our basement and offered advice. We would absolutely recommend them and would use them for future work at our house. The current ConEd discount incentive was very helpful in reducing our out pocket of expense, since the rebate goes directly to ***. Very convenient to not have to worry about the hassle of going through ConEd directly.

Semi-annual heating and generator checkup went very well. Disappointed that tech did not have a replacement filter on his truck for my humidifier nor any filters for my system. Luckily I had system filters on hand knowing from the last time that the techs do not carry them on truck. However, not having the humidifier filter on hand required another scheduled visit by one of their techs. And the windows are five hours long, requiring hanging around most of the day for them to arrive. Would appreciate a tighter window. All that being said, I still recommend Y and C for your generator and HVAC needs. Their techs are very knowledge, friendly, clean and follow all Covid requirements.

This is a company with very high work standard in every aspect! I am very happy that I found Yost and Campbell and had them installed my AC system. Starting from day 1 of estimate, every step was done professionally and demonstrated high work ethic. They proposed best options for us and worked through rebate of utility provider to lower the cost substantially, giving us the best price/value. The appraiser came in with shoe-cover, and the installers covered the entire area where they walked and worked with blanket. They even shook off the dust from the blanket before they used it on the second day. Both the outside and inside units were installed perfectly. Their management were very serious about their quality and the customer's feedback. This is a company we can trust from the management to every worker.

Now I understand why they have been around over 85 years! They were efficient in both getting the quote out to me and explaining all of the procedures and next steps. We installed a mini split ductless system for our home, and thankfully they work with state rebates to keep the costs a bit more reasonable. But that's not all, they went above and beyond the call of duty, they were able to expedite my installation to accomodate my cancer diagnosis. Undergoing chemotherapy is hard enough as it is, doing so without a/c in the middle of summer would have guaranteed I'd end up in the hospital again. Yost and Campbell, espeically John, Stephanie, Tracey, Jose, and Orlando (and I'm sure there are others I never met!) came through for us in a time of great need. They are family to us now, and we will definitely go to them first when we need other HVAC services.
