I had Alberta Indoor Comfort install a hot water tank in December , and even though the supply chain has been severely disrupted, they were able to get me the product I needed and install it the next day. I was pleased with the price and the service I received.

Great service. I had new furnace and A/C installed last summer and just had a furnace maintenance done this week. I would highly recommend this company. I have had this company do work for us many times over the years and it has always been consistently great service.

We were very pleased with the service provided by the technician, *** He inspected and cleaned the gas fireplace and hot water tank and explained the work that he did. We felt that he was very knowledgeable, polite and answered all of our questions. We will do business again with Alberta Indoor Comfort.

Furnace and Duct cleaning were performed very well.But customer service did not follow up, when I was promised a referral discount and a return envelope for the radon detectors. Today I called for the 3 rd time since the service was done in April. Wonder if they follow up with their cheque and return envelope now.

Alberta Indoor Comfort , our annual furnace maintenance and gas fire. All work was completed professionally. The engineer arrived promptly and was very efficient and polite. Suggested we change the humidifier as the current one was clearly clogged up, showed us the clogged one before replacing. Will use them again.

We have had our furnace and duct cleaning with Alberta Indoor Comfort twice and more recently air conditioner servicing. All services were outstanding, informative, and professional. I highly recommend this company and love doing business with a company that is consistent with quality and respectful to their clients.

Made an appointment and gave me a time for the technician to show up at later time, called me back that they can come in early but no show, I gave them another call still no one and not even a complimentary call that no one will show up, I could have contact some one else to fix our furnace instead of waiting for no one. Never again contacting this company for a service.

Alberta Indoor Comfort is a 5 star company in everyway. Their hands on outstanding service and attention to every detail is nothing short of amazing. You will not find anyone you can trust more than this company. Their staff are highly trained experts and they patiently explain exactly what they are going to do for you and why. It starts with wonderfully positive staff who even answer the phone to brighten your day with a smile. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy with our Alberta Indoor Comfort *** We ended up with a substantial *** which included replacing a humidifier that hadn't worked for two years, but we feel confident that everything is safe & in working order. The Service man arrived right on time and was able to extend his visit when it was called for. He was very patient, answering all my questions about the furnace I knew nothing about. Hopefully, he will be coming next year.

Serviceman arrived on time and completed within his time estimate.Checkup calls confirmed my date and time.Serviceman, Nate, was very polite and helpful. He took time to answer all my questions, with good information. Very thorough going through the work sheet.Pricing remained the same. All staff have been very helpful, positive, and informative.I'd highly recommend their service. -

We hired Alberta Indoor Comfort to clean out the venting and make-up air units in our apartment buildings and they did a wonderful job! The workers were so polite to all our tenants, very efficient in each suite doing there best to not be too disruptive. The office communicated with us every step of the way, letting us know dates and times and when there was a minor adjustment to the schedule they called to confirm it would work for us. We will definitely hire this company again!

I had a flame sensor and hot surface igniter replaced in my furnace both of them should of taken ten minutes at the most. They charged me $120.00 material for the flame sensor and $120.00 material for the hot surface igniter. I looked up on internet for my furnace the price on flame sensor is $15.18 and the price for hot surface igniter is $27.58. Labor came to $298.00 yes it was after business hours (8:00 PM) but they advertised prompt 24-hour service, and emergencies. Total bill came to $565.00 for a ten minute job. I just want people to know how much this company over charges customers, on phone they never mention these ridiculous *** prices!

Alberta Cleanair call my mother in law to book a service inspection. My 92 year old mother in law asked her daughter to arrange the appointment. She asked if there was a charge for this inspection and was told it was covered by warranty. I met the serviceman at my mother in laws. He mentioned the *** service charge I informed him that we were told it was covered by the warranty. I told him if there was a charge he could pack up his tools and leave. He said he trusted me and completed the inspection and found no issues. The furnace is only 18 months old. He gave me an invoice indicating 0 paid and 0 balance. The next day we received a call informing us that *** had to be paid. Before we could call them back to discuss the invoice. They called my 92 year old mother in law and convinced her to pay the ***. This original install was completed February . We couldn't get a permit number from them till today December 10 called the city to book the inspection. The permit was obtained January 11 months after the install. Even the original install was shoddy. The exhaust pipe wasn't glued properly and came loose filling the home with carbon monoxide setting off the detector. Direct energy tagged the furnace out of service. Reluctantly Alberta clean air sent a serviceman to make the necessary repairs. One star is very generous.

I think that they had taken advantage of a senior-my Mom wanted a/c installed we were told that we would need a new furnace & an extra electrical panel--which another company had told us already-the quote from Alberta Indoor was higher-we were trying to decide who we should go with-*** (co-owner) came over made my Mom a bunch of promises & said that they would take care of contacting the city for permits/inspections etc. Once the work was done-the workers told my Mom that it is now up to her to contact the city to get the inspections done. She tried to contact *** left several messages and no call back I called a couple of times & finally reached *** and explained what was going on says she would take care of it. We didn't hear anything back for weeks, also my Mom noticed that the final pymt had not been cashed so she called on that as well. We were told due to covid things were backed up and it would take a bit-as for the final pymt they had no idea where it was- & asked if she could do a replacement-so my Mom went & got a draft-they were there right away to pick up the replacement. Finally we got the the city inspectors to do the inspection-electrical passed-gas fitter didn't. It took the company several weeks to figure out what they were going to do- the plan was to tear up *** They tried to say that it was another companies issue & they had to fix it-my Mom told them it was their company that put the hot water tank in the previous year, so again we had to wait-several messages were left with no response. Finally they figured out that they didn't need to do all that construction-in meantime the chimney was starting to lean due to heavy winds etc so it had to be done sooner than later--well the work was done-we finally got the final inspection done and it passed that was the end of January 2022! We have run into an issue with minimal heat going into the living room their solution was to spray sealant in the duct work at a cost of $2,500.00 ?

I gotta say, we've had to call Alberta Indoor Comfort four times in the last year for furnace stuff, and we're pretty sure they're trying to pull a fast one on us. They cancelled our warranty on the furnace we got in 2013 and won't give us the parts we need unless they charge us almost double what it's worth. We had to get a tech from outside the company to come in and tell us that the furnace control board was the real problem. But when we called Alberta Indoor Comfort in September and December, they just said we needed our air ducts cleaned. We spent almost a grand on their services this year, but our furnace still wasn't working right. It wasn't until we got that new control board that it started working again. And even though we've had techs come in a bunch of times, they never figured it out. So I'm asking for a refund of $299.25, which is what we paid them on December 20th. That service didn't fix anything or even tell us what was wrong, so we deserve our money back.
