I ordered a pair of shoes (Yonex power cushion comfort 3 wide badminton shoes mens) at yonex-philippines.com last February 19, 2023. Sadly until now my order not recieve yet. But as per tracker site it shows parcel was delivered last March 16, 2023. I sent emails to customer service many times to update my order but no response from them.

were u able to get your shoes? I have not received mine until now it's been 12 days, no update from the seller, iv been messaging them via their customer service but to no avail
