Approximately a month ago, I booked a bus ticket with YoloBus for a specific route. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation. I've requested a clear timeline for my refund, a dedicated customer support representative, and improvements in their customer support processes to prevent others from enduring a similar ordeal.

I sincerely hope that YoloBus takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly. I believe in their potential to provide excellent services, but it's crucial for them to rectify these issues to regain my trust and the trust of other dissatisfied customers.
