Called And gave Ron my cpl to my engine says no problem will have engine to you in two weeks lie after lie says the engine got lost in shipping 2 months later I ended up driving up there 1600 miles to get a engine get it back to my shop didn’t have scissor gear in it like it was suppose to so I change that out then lose a injectors a week later and find out...

This Ron guy, let me tell ya, he really messed up my order. I paid a whopping 4K for some parts, but all I got was a bunch of excuses and delays. I had to go through the hassle of filing a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company just to get my money back. Ron's business service is absolutely terrible, and you can bet I won't be ordering from him ever again.

Update on my previous review. I couldn't figure out how to edit my last review 'cause it ain't showing up on my end. But, after I posted it, the company did reach out to me and give me a refund. Even though my order shipped later than what I was told (after my event), I gotta give 'em credit for tryin' to make it right. So, I've bumped up my review to show that.

I've been working with Y.N.G., LLC for a long time. They've helped me out on multiple occasions when I needed parts for my research and diagnosing issues. They're really knowledgeable and easy to work with. There was this one time when I needed a replacement part, and they sent it to me without any hesitation. I didn't face any problems with returning the old part or with shipping. Overall, they're a great company, and I plan on doing more business with them in the future.

They said the customer service is awesome and super friendly, and the prices for parts are really fair. Based on my experience with these O/O and Trucking companies, I'd give YNG an A+ in this industry. I've been in the transportation biz for about 46 years.

We still waitin' for our refund for parts we never got. Like the other folks sayin', Ron had a bunch of excuses. Finally got a VALID trackin' number for the refund, but ain't received it as of 10/13. I'll update if we get a valid refund for all the money we paid. If the money don't show up, we gonna file a FEDERAL complaint under 15 U.S.C.A. § 77q, which is Interstate Fraud. That's a CRIMINAL act, and we gonna go after it with the law. I can file in the Northern District of Ohio 'cause he doin' business in Ohio with us. I really hope the FULL refund comes in the next day.

On May 1st, we ordered a MACK MP& Volvo D! OEM Camshaft from Y.N.G., LLC. We sent a copy of the check via fax, and Ron from YNG cashed it, assuring us that he would send the parts. We patiently waited for the parts to arrive, but after a month had passed, we decided to cancel the order. We contacted the Parts Manager, who then spoke to Ron about refunding our money. Ron repeatedly assured us that the refund check had been issued and even provided a tracking number. Unfortunately, the tracking number did not lead to any information. We were informed that Ron's bookkeeper had a hearing impairment and could only be reached on Thursdays, making communication difficult. Despite these challenges, we persisted in our efforts to obtain a refund. Ron always maintained a pleasant demeanor but was evasive when it came to returning our money. Frustrated, we even threatened to involve the police, as he had taken our money without delivering the promised product. After four months of persistent calls, complaints, and being deceived, we finally received our refund check. We strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

1/7/2022. Wow, lookin at the other reviews, I am a bit stunned cuz my experience with YNG, LLC was absolutely fabulous. I am writin this review cuz I wanna thank *** and the team at YNG from the bottom of my heart. They provided me with some of the best customer service that I have ever had! I called to purchase cookie cutters last second for my mother-in-laws funeral luncheon. She loved ***, the *** and farmin. YNG put a rush on the order and treated me with the utmost kindness. We got those cookie cutters on time and spent the night before the funeral makin cookies together as a family and sharin family stories and makin new memories. Everyone at the funeral meal enjoyed reminiscin about years of memories that the cookies brought up. It was just lovely. My mother-in-law would have just loved it. I will forever be thankful for the customer service and care that ***, LLC provided to my family durin a difficult time and I look forward to buyin more cookie cutters from them in the future to celebrate the people and happenings in our life. Their cookie cutters are the best plastic cookie cutters that I have ever bought. Thank you *** and the team at YNG for all you did to help my family.

Ron from Y.N.G., LLC made a mistake by sending me the wrong part. I returned it as confirmed, and for the past two months, he has been promising to send me a refund. Like another customer mentioned, he requested a check copy to be sent via text instead of offering a credit card refund, claiming that the card company would reverse the transaction. This goes against the law, but all I want is my money back. Now, he is blaming a hearing impaired lady who is supposedly responsible for issuing checks. I have been fed one lie after another, and until now, I still haven't received my refund. It has been a terrible experience.

I ordered an EGR cooler for my Detroit 60 Diesel engine from Y.N.G., LLC on eBay. It took them more than 4 weeks to deliver the item, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong part. I immediately contacted Ron K, the person in charge, to let him know about the mistake. He assured me that he would send me the correct part the next day, but that never happened. I called him again a week later, and he said it would be shipped the following day, but that also never occurred. He now claims that my order was mistakenly sent to another customer, which seems unlikely. On March 19, he promised to send me a return label for the package, but it's now April 21, and I'm still waiting for it. I have tried calling and emailing, but I haven't received any response. This company's behavior is unacceptable, and they should not be allowed to continue operating like this. I simply want my money back, no questions asked.
