business scam!!!
These people are a bunch of thieves. I hope they have to do time and pay everyone they stole from their money back even if it takes them forever!
They literally lied to thousands and took every penny they could stealing from peoples life savings and even getting them into debt.
No one who has been a victim has been refunded and the next hearing isn't until december.
This scam is completely unacceptable and literally outraging. I fell victim to it and can say I have never been more deceived or embarrassed in my entire life and they need to be held responsible for all the permanent damage they created for all the people they stole from.
May they rot in jail! As they deserve!
false written and verbal guarantees/ failure to refund money
Sellers playbook asks you to pay 1000$ to go to a three day training. Then you are forced to give some type of a down payment of the $30, 000.00 they ask for you to invest in order to continue using them to help you build your amazon business. Needless to say I gave them a total of $4000.00 which was promised to be refunded to me guaranteed if in three months I had not tripled it. all of this was all in writing. It took me almost a year of trying to get approved for a loan to be able to pay them that I finally reached out to them as a last resort because they had also promised to find a way to work with me if all else failed. Finally, I found out that they are now under investigation with the FTC and I have to fight to get refunded my money that is owed to me as agreed upon. This was such a hardship for me and such a dream crusher that i am very distraught and upset. If they would at least refund me what I am owed i would have a little respect for them but as of now nothing and I fully intend to get it back in way or another. I know I am not the only one who has fallen victim to this [censored].
Your an idiot! You didn’t do anything then get mad because the FTC shut them down? Lol
training services
In october 2017 Sellers Playbook held a 2 hour free seminar in Hilton Hotel 6360 Canoga Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 on how to sell on Amazon. The speaker`s name was Craig Nagy associated with Stephen Nagy (responsible for majority of Sellers Playbook operations) They provided some interesting basic information, but nothing you cant find online for free.At the end they sell you $997 3 day seminar on witch they will train you to start selling on Amazon. The 3 day seminar took place at 7320 Greenleaf Ave, Whittier, CA 90602 in october 27 -29, 2017.During these 3 days they go over many aspects of the online business and why you should partner up with sellers playbook and buy their $35000 package and without it you don`t really have big chances of success. They talked about how they can help you get approved for the funds and later on you can transfer all your start up expenses on your business credit score (once you purchase another 13k legal package from Nevada Corporate Headquarters)They also don`t even mention that you need to pay another 3k to creditnav.com for getting the funds for you (you pay once approved)
Now that I go over all documents I notice that non of the coaches present on the 3 day seminar have provided their last names.
After they helped me get 75k in credit cards they took 31k right away for training legal fees and creditnav fees. Then they offer this "business tax" package that is going to "save" you a lot of money during the upcoming year and that cost me another 3k. Again during the 3 day seminar they keep stressing the fact that without these services you have very llittle chance of success.
At this point you finally have access to their executive web site where you can start your training.First thing i notice right away that there was not much information on privet label products (on of the major reasons why people joint this program in a first place)Now the system "promises" to work with you until you get your initial investment back and help you start up to 5 privet label products. That was a selling point for the 12k legal package from Nevada Corporate Headquarters that later on i find out you don`t even need!
The best sellers playbook offered was lady named Stacy (don`t even know if that is her real name at this point)She would make 3 webinars per week and while there was some value there for the most part it covers the same thing over and over again. She has no experience with privet label and these webinars only cover some wholesale topics. She also knew nothing about business credit and did not know how to use the business credit program that was sold by Nevada Corporate Headquarters. On top of that when i contacted Nevada Corporate Headquarters to ask what I need to do to transfer my start up cost on the business credit rather then my own, they told me I need to pay another 12.5k because I am using more the 30% of my credit line.At this point I was 31k in around 40% of my credit line been used I did not even had any inventory yet and cant even start because I was waiting for my seller permit to come in.By the time I got my seller permit and EIN number the banks started reducing my credit lines and made things even worst.
Now i had 6 or 7 coaching calls by now and these "coaches" would assure me that this is normal, and at the end of the day I got no help from any coach or whatsoever.
Basically sellers playbook deliver on 10% of what they promised during the 3 day training.I `ve been selling using sellers playbook for the past 6 months (got my seller permit the end of february), and I ll be lucky if I profit 1.5k per month.
My credit score is totally destroyed I owe nearly 50k in debt including 10k in inventory, web site and other expenses that they tell you, you need to have.
Another one of these services they want you to have is Doba.com.It is a drop shipping company the work directly with and it cost you another $1600.
At this point I have no choice but to keep following their system in order at least to get my money back if not a successful business. At this point Sellers Playbook is shut down due to an F rating from the BBB.
Sellers Playbook ruined my life and I want my money Back.
Sellers Playbook provided false promises extremely high prices and very very aggressive sales tactics to ensure they take as much money as possible from you without feeling even slightly responsible for the damage they have done.
Now about the coaches. I am now more then certain that they are not even qualified to give any advice. From all coaching calls I had during this time I gained 0 value or whatsoever.
I understand that this case is currently in court, and they are probably tens if not hundreds of people complaining about Sellers Playbook, so I am going to provide majority of the paperwork that can prove their false claims.
Please Help this whole situation is way out of hand and it will take me years to recover no to mention all the time and money lost so far.
I would like my money back at least. It is what they promised in the very beginning after all.
I can provide emails and more details if needed.

the entire company
Dear Interested Reader,
SELLER'S PLAYBOOK = SCAM
Ahem, now let me tell you why. In November of 2017 my girlfriend and I attended a ‘FREE' seminar suggesting you can find a substantial income through selling on Amazon, with their help. They sold us on a three day seminar for a total of $1, 000, and after being aggressively and forcibly sold a dream taking control of our financial future, we figured "why not" and jumped in. [Ohhh, the irony.]
We're here to warn and educate you about this scam, because that is what IT IS.
This is how it all goes down [PLEASE learn from our mistakes]:
Over the course of the three day seminar you are sold a $35, 000 system which would continue your education of running a successful Amazon store. This sales pitch includes the speaker demonstrating how easy this will be, many, many, m a n y times over. [It's not] S/he will then go on and on claiming the vast network of connections Seller's Playbook has, who will help their students find deals. [They've obviously set this up in advance] They then tell you that Amazon doesn't accept shipments from China and they have the magic fix for that by routing your Chinese orders through Seller's Playbook, who will happily manage that end. [Hindsight: that's an outright lie. Amazon told us so. They're super friendly and informative by the way. Reach out to them if you have any questions.]
After signing up with Seller's Playbook, formerly called Amazon Seller's Playbook until they were told by Amazon to stop saying that, their partner company Nevada Corporate Headquarters will reach out to you and offer services to help run your new business, i.e., setting up a living trust, trademarks, tax help, business credit, and much more for a fee, of course. These services will range anywhere between $500-$5000 each. The worst part is that they sell the package as though you need all of it
to start a business. [Hindsight: You don't. We now know that the fees are grossly inflated for what they're selling. They prey on new business owners who are excited to get their stores up and running but are naive in the ways of what is necessary and what is optional.]
Finally, the last partner company will call you, Doba. Doba is a drop ship company and their salesperson will preach how amazing their service is. [Don't believe him/her.] How by selling their stuff on Amazon, which for some reason they can't do themselves, you can make lots of money! [Not even close]. This service cost us another $3, 500. [Hindsight: Stay far away. Everything we were able to "successfully" sell on Amazon actually netted a loss. We lost a bundle on a bed and regarding Doba's other products, their system didn't even match the item listing on Amazon, and so we lost money on those items as well. We listed 30, 000 items as a last ditch effort to see if anything would sell...Nope. Nada. Nothing.]
At this point we're trying to find anyone else who has had the same experience to rise up against these horrible companies, mainly Seller's Playbook as they are the instigator in all of this scammery.
-There is a reason their positive reviews on their site are all from the same day, those days align with a seminar.
-There is a reason the negative reviews aren't posted.
-There is a reason their company was re-created late 2017 and everything has a new record.
Seller's Playbook will say all negative reviews are lies and that the Better Business Bureau is just a profit hungry monster. Just a little ironic no? And if that's the case then why did they go from having a B rating [we checked before we signed up] to an F? An actual F. Did they stop paying for a good rating? Possibly, but the BBB doesn't turn them to an F for not supporting then. They received an F because they really are that Foul. A misleading, predatory, Foul company. BBB says so...or something to that effect. Check it out at www.bbb.org
If you're hurting financially, credit-wise, or emotionally because of the monster called Seller's Playbook, please reach out to us. PLEASE DO NOT BE DUPED BY THIS SCAM! And if you, like us, have been taken advantage of, we'd love to hear from you. Please contact us at [protected]@gmail.com .
Looking forward in love,

tools and coaching
I attended a Seller's Playbook seminar in Wichita, KS in February-March of 2018. I have been working there plan with there tools and their coaching now since then. The coaching calls that I have had very with different information. When you try to put the tools and info to work to get a positive result it does not work. They give all these way's to find products however they don't tell you that you need the IN with the manufacturer. So if you can't get the low cost from the manufacturer this will not work. However they don't tell you that. I have found several products that may work and they find out that they are gated or restricted on Amazon. I have talked to several other's that were in my group seminar as well and NONE have been successful with the Seller's Playbook system. I need to know how to go about getting my money back. I was SCAMMED out of $18, 500. I will keep complaining until I get my money back. The coach's say they are going to contact you after you leave the seminar ...I received a call because they wanted a payment that was all! This is a scam! Please let me know what else i need to do. I have reported them to the BBB and other websites.
training
Day 1 was good, informative. Day 2 information was good. We were asked to give our credit information for a soft credit check. Then a trainer spoke with us, she asked what we expected our business to be like. How we expected to grow it. She said to set up a proper amazon business, we would need $40, 000 investment. Less than this, we would be setting up as a hobby. She said starting with our estimate of $2, 000 we would be setting up a retail arbitrage business. She repeated our business would be that of a hobbiest. That she would set our business plan accordingly. Day 3- upon arrival, we were informed of new seating arrangements. We had sat near the front the first 2 days. We were now seated at the next to the last row in the back. It appeared we were ostracized for not being $40, 000 dollar investors and the people that appeared more promising were seated at the front rows. We could neither see nor hear well the slides nor information that was placed on the board. I asked to repeat one of the mathematical slides. I was told we went over that material enough and the speaker went on to the next slide. We were promised a notebook from all the information taught. There was not a notebook. A folder was given at the end of the class with 4 worksheets we had turned in and 3 additional sheets. Two of the sheets we had gone over in class, one, roi, if you invest $10, 000 how it could grow to $53, 000 in 12 months. A funding page, for loan sources. And a blank letter to send to purchase orders from a supplier. This was total contents of the so called notebook we were promised all through the class. The kindle promised on registration was a $79.00 value, the one received was list price $49.00 price $39.00.in conclusion, if you aren't willing to invest with sellersplaybook, $40, 000 and they are fairly certain of this. You will be placed at the back of the room on the third day of school. So the more likely potential candidates are placed in the front to encourage others as they are brought back in from their business evaluation. My partner and I were not even seated to form a business plan. As every other person in class was.
seminars
Total con... Went to tampa "seminar" today... Started to get a bad feeling when I was handed a ridiculous survey to fill out... Presented on paper that was torn in half... Real back room operation... Questions were written by a 2 year old...
At that point I was quite sure this was a scam to sell something... Not wanting to sit for 90 minute sales pitch... I mean con job... When we were herbed into the room and told where to sit... I politely asked on of the con men..."is this a seminar or sales pitch?"... At that point one of the head con artists (must have been one of the leaders... He was in a cheap suit) told one of the trained monkeys to "get me out of the room"...
Classy operation... I was then told by the trained monkey..."get out of here...[censor]"
Well this [censor] will go to all the other tampa seminars and pass out copies of all the complaints that are found all over the internet...
amazon training scam
Attended a seminar in the city about selling on Amazon. And who stands up to speak but Jessie Conners? Former speaker and front man for Armando Montelongo and some other scam traveling Road shows apparently. At first I didn't recognize her but then when I heard her voice, I flashed back to hearing almost the identical sales pitch a few years ago for a three day seminar that would change my life for the buy-it-now price. Only to find that the seminar was just ANOTHER long-winded pitch for a 20 or 30 thousand dollar scam. Her voice grated on my nerves back then and it was like a horrible flashback to the money I wasted believing her the first time. No way. There were like 200 people watching her speak or rather yell at us. I think about 5 bought the overpriced package. My wife and I stopped people outside and suggested that they do more research and told them our story about this woman. Checked into her claims today about the "years and years" Sellers Playbook has been building relationships so we can take advantage of their relationships for the low low price of $1000 TODAY ONLY. Sellers Playbook was trademarked in May of 2017. Shouldn't she said "hours and hours" of building relationships? Seems she changes her "how I got rich" story every time something new comes around. Hold onto your money. trademarkia.com/trademarks-search.aspx?tn=Sellers+Playbook

This crew is trying to remove all of the many complaints appearing online about him by paying off scam report and others.
I have asked Sellers Playback for a refund several times now, only to be denied. How do I get involved with the federal investigation ?
Hello Fiona,
I have been asking them to refund my $33, 999 for the program. I m one of the unfortunate suckers who got reeled in and after putting so much work, I find out that they are not the experienced company they claim to be. They are also tightening their ship... making it more difficult for people to get refunds. the only thing we can do is make the world know they are scammers.
In the meantime, how do we get in on this federal investigation list of people seeking refunds? I have reported and filed complaints with the FTC. ll they gave me was a claim number.
Have you had any luck getting your money back? I am also trying to get a refund. I've filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB as well.
Have you had any luck with getting your money back?
CONTACT THE FTC AND THE BBB AND FILE A COMPLAINT>
Sellers Playbook is issuing refunds during the federal investigation process. Don't wait until they're shut down to demand yours.
Can someone help me get my $997 back? I got scammed by these people.
amazon training
Company hard sells you a $1000 3 day training that really turns out to be 3 days of being sold a much more expensive training. What you get for $1000 is not worth the drive. No sales numbers. This company has been around for less than two months and they are selling this scam as fast as they can before anyone realizes they are selling nothing.
They offer "hot products" at supposedly lower prices so you can sell on Amazon for a po
The 2 hour seminar is a hard sell for a $1000 Three Day “Training” which would be ok if real training took place. Instead be prepared to spend the first day being intentionally confused and overwhelmed and the next 2 days being hard sold on the REAL deal - a $10, 000 to $40, 000 package where they promise you riches beyond your dreams. Don’t have $30, 000? That’s ok too - these people are very adept and finding it for you, reminding you of potential home equity or retirement accounts they can tap into. Once they have your money, don’t expect much help.
Finally! This company has been reported to the FTC by the Better Business Bureau. With any luck, this crew of thieves will be shut down. Or better yet, they should do time.
Hey Guys if anyone have any information on how we can get our money back please share.
I am willing to provide all information needed all receipt and contribute in any way possible.
The last time I talked to someone on Sellersplaybook was on July 10 2018, I spoke with Lisa Tardo in my second orientation call, after that I couldn't get on hold of anybody there, I can't access to my account with them I paid the $35, 000 for the training and everything else they promised. I am a single mom, and I really need to get my money back, please if anybody has more information about how to get our money back shared it
@melabry, I would start trying to dispute the amounts on the credit cards. Explain to them what is happening and send screenshots of their “F” rating on the Better Business Bureu website, as well as screen shots of the news articles stating that the FTC and state of MN have filed action against them. Explain that you paid and never received any services and this company is fraudulent!
When did you sign up? I’m assuming It was pretty recently, so you still have time to file disputes with the credit card companies.
Other than that, we’re all waiting on the resolution of this federal case. The FTC is trying to get us our money back. If they don’t succeed, or only partially succeed, I’m going to continue with the arbitration that I started, which was halted because of the federal case now going on.
RosanaSF thank you for your response, I actually signed with them on February 2018, but it took them about 3 months to completed the papers for me to start my training, like I mention I just finish my second orientation call when this situation happen. My credit cards beginning to charged me on April, I hope I still have time to dispute them.
I think you do still have time. Start calling immediately! And if the first person you speak to doesn’t help, as for a manager and keep calling back and asking for managers until someone helps. You need to file the dispute and “services never rendered.”
I too received that email. How do we request our money back now.

These thieves are finally being taken down. She calls herself a "serial entrepreneur" but serial con is more like it. One scam after another. The FTC shut them down today - COLD.
YOU ARE FIRED
I received an email from Stephen Nagy on August 3rd. FTC and the AG in MN has shut down EVERYTHING. I tried to go to the website...nothing. In the email he does not mention why. I cant find anything in the news about it. Has anyone found any information since the recent shut down?

How can I get my money back those people seller play book are thieves
Has anyone worked with a MN mediation attorney on this subject? I have contacted a few but have not decided on which one to use. Was wondering if anyone has reached this step yet. After what has happened with the Promises of Sellers Playbook I am reluctant to select an arbitrator for fear that they might be affiliated with SP and the mediation will only go SP way. I am also wondering what is happening with the people that are getting refunds? Is there a clause in the settlement agreement that keeps people from commenting on the refund process that they went through. I do not see information about refunds but people seem to get quiet and not be heard from. Can anyone answer this question?
Thanks
You can try to start the arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (adr.org). It’s a fair process. I started but as of yesterday, I was notified that the FTC and state of MN have filed an action against Sellers Playbook, so now that this federal case has begun, all other cases against them are halted. So, in conclusion, I’m not sure if you’d even be able to begin arbitration right now, but the good news is that we may all be getting our money back. Just don’t know how long this will take, unfortunately. I don’t know info about refunds. I’ve also never heard details from anyone who successfully got their money back.
If you are signed up to go to their "free" seminar to learn it all... consider going and point people to read the online reviews before pulling out their credit cards.
I originally worked at a Amazon fulfillment center and was tired of being the worker. I always had some entrepreneurial urges which I actually used to do some freelancing. Unfortunately an add for sellers playbook sent me down that horrible rabbit hole that I have been trying to get myself out of for close to a year now. A majority of my income goes to paying off that stupid large investment that gave me nothing more than disappointment and embarrassment after realizing they were nothing of value. And after placing reviews with the BBB and trying to reach arbitration and them rejecting I felt hopeless. Any and all of us fooled by sellers playbook need to join to at least get our money back and show the world who these professional aggressive unethical sellers really are!
Please fill out this form and join our troop to hit the Sellers Playbook.

Read my post above about how to work on getting money back and filing complaints.
Were u at the seminar in columbus ohio?
Another big lie Sellers PlayBook claim that they own 28000 sq ft warehouse which is such a big lie as that place is used by northland mechanical contractors inc whose owner is Matt Tieva, the husband of Jessie Tieva.
Check out their website https://www.northland-mn.com/contact and in the about us section, you will find the same content on the home page of Sellers Playbook. This con artist started out in just 2017 and have been running the scam show to suck the money out of innocent people like us by hiring sales thugs to upsell their expensive and worthless programs to succeed on Amazon. I curse these guys from the bottom of my heart that this company gets dissolved soon and all the actors running the show been given life imprisonment for selling lies and dreams. Everyone whose reading my comment please bombard the FTC with your complaints and open up complaint issue on BBB. Though, you will not get enough help, but the more people call FTC and BBB, the higher the chances of FTC intervening on our behalf to sue against the company. Do not be silent and do not let them take advantage of your silence. Keep posting the incidents and paint the fraudy picture of sellers palybook on different communication channels. Also, post comments about Stepphen naggy on his facebook profile who is the con puppet of the bigger scam artist.
