www.Marks4Antiques.com review: I called and asked to stop the trial, but they took money from me afterwards 1

I found the website www.Marks4Antiques.com and it was mentioned that one month trial was for free, but if the subscription wasn’t cancelled within 30 days. I called them on 20th day and asked to stop the trial, because I didn’t want to waste my money. However, the representative said that they would stop the trial and they wouldn’t charge me, but they took full sum from me anyway. Awful services and don’t know how to stop this trial.
