I don't like it when companies try to get my Medicare info without me asking
I don't like it when companies try to get my Medicare info without me asking. I don't want any sales stuff that I didn't ask for. I didn't buy anything from them.
We just bought a house and this company keeps spamming us with offers for Mortgage Life Insurance plans
We just bought a house and this company keeps spamming us with offers for Mortgage Life Insurance plans. They send these letters that don't even say where they're from. We've gotten like 10 of them in the past week, and 3 today alone. Can you please stop sending us this stuff?
This company keeps sending me mail
This company keeps sending me mail. I contacted them several times to please stop sending mail to my home. I informed them that I was not interested and don't need any unnecessary mail with covid-19 still active! They ensured me I would be taken off their mailing list. I just received another advertisement from them again today! Please have them stop sending mail to my home. Thankyou!

Lead Concepts needs to take my name and all my personal info outta their databases, ya know?
Lead Concepts needs to take my name and all my personal info outta their databases, ya know? I got this random mailer from them, just a PO Box, askin' for my Medicare deets. Sounds real sketchy, right? I reckon state officials or even the ComplaintsBoard.com should look into their shady business practices.
I just refinanced my house with *** Mortgage, and now I'm getting bombarded with mail from ***, pretending to be ***
I just refinanced my house with *** Mortgage, and now I'm getting bombarded with mail from ***, pretending to be *** Mortgage, pushing Mortgage Protection Insurance on me. They sent me a whopping SIX mailers in just ONE day! It's getting on my nerves, and I want it to stop. The address on their latest mailer is ***. I need them to take me off their mailing list for good.
The address on the card (they say it's from Medicare and the government) is ***, *** OK ***
The address on the card (they say it's from Medicare and the government) is ***, *** OK ***. The big title on the card (asking for your name and birth date) says: "MEDICARE INITIAL ELECTION PERIOD REQUEST CARD." The card has a barcode and below it, it shows my birth year, birth month, and the county I live in. How did they find out this stuff? What I want is: Take my name off your mailing list for any mail you send to your clients, whether it's now or in the future.
Ltr frm PO Box *** Owasso, Oklahoma labled "2021 Medicare Health Plan Update" appeared to be a US Gov letter, but is not
Ltr frm PO Box *** Owasso, Oklahoma labled "2021 Medicare Health Plan Update" appeared to be a US Gov letter, but is not. I know there is not anything illegal with what this company is doing, but the format of the envelope is the same as a tax form 1099 or W-2, and the envelope and the content leaves the clear impression that this is from the US Government; only with small letter at the bottom advising, "Not affiliated with any government agency." While this may not be illegal, it is deceptive, and in that regard, I wish to file a complaint for ComplaintsBoard.com records, even if nothing else can be done.
I got a letter from them today, no name, just a PO Box, asking for all kinds of personal info "for Medicare Initial Election
I got a letter from them today, no name, just a PO Box, asking for all kinds of personal info "for Medicare Initial Election". Can't believe you give these scam artists an A- rating! Back in 2013, the Harrisburg CBS affiliate WHP-AM warned about these scam artists. And guess what? SEVEN YEARS LATER, I got a letter just like the one WHP complained about in 2013. Seniors who innocently fill out the postcard are at risk of identity theft and worse! They'll probably say their tiny print at the bottom of the letter clears them, but seniors struggle with small print. Check out
I got this mail 'bout 2021 Medicare Health Plan Update
I got this mail 'bout 2021 Medicare Health Plan Update. They wanted me to fill out the info they asked for & send it back to PO Box *** Owasso, OK. The mail came from "2021 Medicare Health Plan Update." They wanted me to ask for info to "Please make sure I get all the Medicare benefits I'm eligible for" by givin' 'em some more contact info. I checked out the return address PO Box *** Owasso, OK. At the bottom, it says "info provided by FS Cline Properties LLC, TX Lic # *** (I can't find this company) . . . This is a request for insurance. An agent will get in touch with ya." I also got phone calls 'bout the same thing.
I just got this mail about the 2023 Medicare Health Plan Update
I just got this mail about the 2023 Medicare Health Plan Update. They wanted me to fill out some info and send it back to PO Box 1170 Owasso, OK [protected]. They asked for my name, spouse's name, home phone, cell number, and email address. They also had my birth year and month and where I live. It feels like they're prying too much. It looks like it's from the US Government, but there's a tiny note at the bottom saying, "Contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE for more info." It seems sneaky, so I'm filing a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com.
The mailin I got from this company is super misleading
The mailin I got from this company is super misleading. The letter is on red paper, marked as a 'Final notice' to complete and return even though this is the first time I got a mailin from them, a date of August on the letter even though I got it in March (making me think I'm late to respond). I see lots of other complaints on this site and Lead Concepts has responded to them saying that the letter doesn't ask for personal info (not true - it asks for my date of birth and my spouse's name & gender) and that the letter has the name of a licensed insurance agent on it (not true - there's no named agent or company name anywhere on the letter. The only company name mentioned is my lender's, and this ain't from them). It's misleading to call something a 'final notice' and not be straight up about who sent this letter. ComplaintsBoard.com please check it out. Lead Concepts - please do better.
Deceptiv advertisin mailer imitatin Medicare
Deceptiv advertisin mailer imitatin Medicare. I only opend it cuz it lookd like a Medicare flyer. Upper right of outer envelope all-caps bold text says "2022 MEDICARE INFORMATION RETURN REPLY ENCLOSED." Inside is an official-lookin postpaid card with blanks for writin in personal info. The bold text inside says "Message: 2022 Medicare Health Plan Update". The smallest, non-bold text on the entire document at the very bottom of the card says "Not affiliated with any government agency. An agent may contact you. This is an advertisement." Four conditions are obvious: (1) Lead Concepts was required by law to write that. (2) It was the smallest, lightest font in the entire sheet. (3) Lead Concepts has the intent of makin this small font as non-evident as possible (4) Lead Concepts is deliberately designin its cards to look like official Medicare documents, with the intent of foolin gullible Medicare clients into sendin them the private info.
