I was there for the first time, on 10/22/2023, prepaid for, ‘Three, Permanent Facial Hair Removal’, $1.144.95 & made first appointment for following Sunday. As, I exited their location, at 1430 2nd Ave., NY, NY, 10022, heard someone say, “Can you believe them, they are connected to, ‘Sono Bello, Laser Liposuction’.” Sure you have heard/seen their constant commercial? I know someone, who had an extremely, negative reaction to that, from them, So, when I got home & I immediately, called them there, cancelled my appointment & requested a full refund(10/22/2023) their response was, “It’ll take, 5-7 business days”. Well, still called them, at that location, to remind them & was informed, “Yes, they are working on it & will call you back today”. Well, they didn’t & again, checked my bank to hear recording of recent, deposit/refunds, only one Not mentioned! If you call them & are put on hold, you can hear it saying, ‘We are connected to, ‘Sono Bello’
