www.canadianaddress.ca review: They lost my parcel and couldn't find it now 1

I sent parcel to my parents through the company www.canadianaddress.ca. After a month, when I called to my parents I asked about the parcel, but they were surprised and told that they haven’t received it. I was furious, because it cost me large sum to send the parcel. Someone from the customer services replied and told that the parcel was in the process, but they couldn’t find it. Awful services and it was very dishonourable towards me.
