I bought something from WorldJewels on June 27th. I was excited to see it arrive on August 27th, but when I opened the package, I was disappointed. The item wasn't what I expected, so I decided to return it on August 29th. I waited patiently for my refund, but it never came. I reached out to WorldJewels multiple times, but they didn't respond.

Finally, I decided to file a case with PayPal. WorldJewels tried to convince me to cancel the case in order to get my refund. But I knew better than to fall for their scam. PayPal told me that this is a common tactic used by companies like WorldJewels. They try to convince people to cancel their claims so they don't have to give refunds.

I'm not going to let WorldJewels get away with this. I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC and every single forum online that I can find. People need to know about their shady business practices. Don't buy from WorldJewels unless you want to risk losing your money.

I was hesitant to spend $1,500 on an online order for a ring that I had only seen in a picture, but Allen was there to guide me through the entire process via email and phone calls. I was relieved to learn that my ring would not be made until they received my order, but the two-week wait made me anxious. When I finally received the ring, it was stunning and exactly what I had hoped for, but unfortunately, it didn't fit. It was supposed to be a size 6, but it wouldn't go over my knuckle.

Feeling unsure about what to do, I took the ring to my local jeweler for advice since he would be setting the center stone. He informed me that he couldn't set the stone because the prong that holds the center stone wasn't big enough to hold my diamond. I was disappointed and unsure of what to do next, so I reached out to Allen again. He assured me that the ring could be resized and a bigger prong could be added, but I was worried about the other diamonds becoming loose if it was resized. Additionally, I was concerned that if I lost a stone and had to send it back in, it would have my 1-carat center stone in it.

After much consideration, I decided to return the ring. I emailed Allen to ask how to do that, and he promptly gave me the address to send it back to. He also assured me that the money would be credited back to my card once the ring was received. It took two weeks, but the full amount was eventually credited back to my credit card.

Overall, I had a positive experience with WorldJewels, and I would have given them five stars if it weren't for the sizing issue. Customer service is crucial to any business, and Allen's assistance was invaluable throughout the process. Despite the sizing issue, I would still recommend WorldJewels to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry.

I'm from Phoenix and I'm writing this review to share my experience with WorldJewels. My husband and I bought a beautiful yellow gold diamond wedding set from them 18 months ago. It was item # a. 0030 and it had a total weight of 4.00 ct. The center stone was a customized 1.00ct princess cut diamond, SI. The engagement ring had side diamonds totaling 2.00 ct and it was made with round, princess, and baguette diamonds in an invisible and prong setting. The matching band consisted of a 1.0ct princess cut channel setting. It was handcrafted in 14k Gold and it was unique and beautiful, just like other reviews have mentioned.

However, we had a terrible experience with their customer service. They gave us a false tracking number and we had to deal with them multiple times to get the right one. But the worst part was when we received the set and needed an appraisal to insure it. An independent appraiser showed us that not only did the center diamond have flaws visible to the naked eye, but whoever set the center stone did it improperly and had fractured the center diamond. We then obtained a second independent appraisal from one of the top appraisers in the state, and her findings were the same. With our wedding weeks away, we contacted WorldJewels and explained our findings, asking them to make it right. However, they refused to do so.

We only shipped them back the engagement ring, and after multiple calls, the jeweler called me back yelling at me about "how dare I". They only offered to reduce the size of the stone to remove the broken part, but by this time we were only 6 days away from our wedding. I told them their offer was unacceptable and to overnight it untouched. Three days later, I received my ring back in the same uninsurable condition, not knowing when the center diamond will fall out. The appraised quality is I, not SI, and the jeweler also yelled at me for insulting him.

Overall, I'm heartbroken by this experience. I would not recommend WorldJewels to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they do not stand behind their products.

World Jewels is a great place to buy jewelry online. They worked so hard during the COVID-19 pandemic to keep me updated on the status of my custom-made ring. I ordered it just before the pandemic was declared in March 2020, and everything was so chaotic. But Allen was in touch with me all the time, even when the government shut down non-essential businesses. He kept me informed about the re-openings and re-closings, and he made sure my ring was manufactured and shipped to me, even when shipping was delayed.

The first ring they made wasn't exactly what I wanted, but Allen worked with me to understand my specific demands. He didn't charge me any extra money, and he made sure the final product was perfect. I had my own center stone to mount, and Allen made sure the mount was the right size and didn't cost me any extra money. When I took the ring to a local jeweler to mount the center stone, he was amazed at the quality of the ring and the price I paid for it. He said he couldn't have made it for that price, and he was impressed with the quality of the side stones.

I'm so happy with my experience with World Jewels. Buying jewelry online can be scary, but Allen made me feel like I was his most important customer. He handled every communication with care and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I know some people have had bad experiences with World Jewels, but I can't imagine how.
