I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by my experience with JewelrySupply. I placed an order and when it arrived, it was all messed up. Like, missing a bunch of stuff that I had paid for. I was pretty ticked off, to be honest.

So I called up their customer service line and they were like, "Oh yeah, sorry about that. We'll fix it." But honestly, that's not good enough. I mean, I paid for this stuff and it's not like I can just go to the store and pick it up myself. I was really hoping for better service from these guys.
