And to top it all off, their customer support team hasn't even bothered to reply to me. I've reached out to them over six times now and still nothing. Like, come on, guys. This is just a monumental failure of customer service.

Be careful when shopping at Wolford Online Shop! They claim to offer free returns on their website, but when you receive your package, there are no return labels included. When you contact them, they tell you that you have to pay for the return shipping yourself and that you will only receive a voucher in return. This is not what they promise on their website, both in English and Swedish. It's a shame that such a classy brand has turned into a scam. It must be the people running the company who are responsible for this. I strongly advise against buying from them. You won't be able to make a return unless you pay for it yourself, which is not what they advertise. I've read many reviews from other customers who have experienced the same thing. I'm filing a complaint and I suggest you do the same if you've had a similar experience.

To make matters worse, I opened a package to try on a pair of tights and they immediately got a run. I didn't even bother trying to return them. I threw them away and now I just want to return the rest of the tights I ordered, which cost me a total of 200 Euros. I will file a complaint to get my money refunded, including the shipping cost. If you've been affected, I suggest you do the same. They have no right to refuse the free return they promise on their website.
