I had a really bad experience with Whitetail Disposal. I gave them a deposit and they never came to pick up my trash. They just took my money and ran. I don't want anyone else to get robbed by this company. Be careful!

I been using Whitetail Disposal for 5 weeks now and I gotta say, it ain't been smooth sailing. Every week I gotta call 'em up 'cause they either missed the trash or the recycling. They finally got the trash pick up sorted, but the recycling is still a mess every week! I been waiting for the supervisor to call me back and for a recovery pick up, but no luck yet. And there have been times when they didn't come on the scheduled day at all and showed up the next day instead.
The worst part about Whitetail Disposal is their customer service. No one ever answers the phone or returns a call. I've left countless messages and never received a call back. And when I do finally get through to someone, they seem clueless about what's going on. I've had issues with billing where I didn't receive a bill on time or at all. And when I called to inquire about it, the person on the other end of the line had no idea what I was talking about.
Overall, I would not recommend Whitetail Disposal to anyone. The inconsistencies with the pick-up schedule, the raised prices, and the terrible customer service make it not worth the hassle. I'll be switching back to my old trash service as soon as my contract is up.
