They took way too long to pick up my recycling bin. It was supposed to be gone in a week, but it took them 28 days! Not cool.

We stopped using Park's Garbage Service inc. about a month ago, but they still haven't come to take away our trash cans. They said they'd come the next week, but that didn't happen. We need those ugly cans gone from our property ASAP.

I pay for them to pick up my trash every Monday, but they haven't been doing it lately. When I call, they always tell me to wait until the next pick-up date, but they never give me a discount for the missed week. If I'm late on my bill, they charge me a late fee right away. I can't wait until the next pick-up because my trash is always overflowing. When I call to report issues, I'm on hold for an hour or more.

I paid for trash pick but they missed 2 pickups last quarter. They said they'd give me a credit but it never came. Now they missed 2 more pickups and I can't get a hold of anyone. I called, left messages, and even emailed twice but no response. The customer service manager needs to go because they don't care about customers. I paid for service I never got and it feels like a scam.

Parks Garbage Service is not good at all. They keep missing my neighborhood's pick up day on Mondays. They've done it four times already this year 2023. They never call to let you know that they'll pick it up later or anything. Sometimes they tell you to add double to next week's service, but they don't adjust their bill. We pay for weekly service, but we don't get weekly service. If you don't want to pay for the missed service, they threaten to terminate you. Their address is PO Box 218 Mount Union, PA 17066.

I paid Parks $298.80 on Dec 30, 2020 for trash and recycling for 2021. Prepaying means no extra charges if they raise rates. On June 22, I got a letter dated June 1, saying recycling would go up $10 a month. When I called, they said prepaying customers gotta pay too. When I asked for a boss, I got a broken voicemail. I want what I paid for at the price I paid. If not, I want half my money back ($150) and to cancel.

Parks took over my trash company in 2007. The old company, *** Garbage Service, charged extra for recycling. Parks kept the same billing. One day, the trash guy threw my recycling in with the trash and looked mad. I told my wife and she saw it happen again the next week. She called Parks and they said they never offered recycling in my county. *** should have told us. Parks charged me extra since 2007 for a service they don't have. The lady on the phone said they could refund 2001 but the rest was theirs. They stole my money.

Park's is being a real pain in the butt over a bill problem. They didn't come to get my garbage on Wednesdays in August more than once. Actually, they sometimes didn't come at all during the years we used them for our trash. I called another trash company on the last Friday night, after calling Park's twice, and they still hadn't shown up by late Friday evening. That company came right away and got our trash after 9:00 that evening. We waited on the porch until very late that night and Park's never showed up. I cancelled Park's the next day. The girl I talked to said they owed me about $26. I had just set up automatic payments before this week. I cancelled that and waited for my refund. After a while, I called again. They said I now owed them about $28 and I was being charged for the night they never showed. They're now sending me to collections for a billing amount that includes the night of no service. They need to either fix what I owe to reflect actual service (not for that night) or leave me alone. I'm sick of their threats and lies.

I been with Park's Garbage Service since 2020. They pick up my trash and recycle, but sometimes they don't come on the day they supposed to. I gotta call and complain and they come the next week. In December 2022, they got worse and missed my pick up a lot. I called them every other week to complain. Then my neighbor said they going out of business. On January 6th, I called to complain and ask if they going out of business. They said they dropping my route and sent me an email, but I never got it. I asked for it again, but they didn't send it. On January 13, I called again because they missed another pick up. I told them to cancel my trash contract and pick up their cans. They supposed to pick up the cans on January 16, but they didn't. I called on January 25 to complain and they said they rescheduled to the 30th. But they didn't pick up the cans today either. They never call me to tell me the new dates and I waste 30 minutes talking to them every time. They don't know why they reschedule and don't call customers. I want the cans gone now. They ugly and litter on my property. Help me with this bad company.
