Placed order at drive thru and order was repeated back and confirmed. Arrived at window to pay and was told kids meal was not on receipt nor was it ordered. I let them know it was ordered, confirmed, and repeated back at intercom. They had an attitude when they had to add it, we paid the difference and was told to pull ahead. We waited well over 15 minutes then I went inside to check on order and was told very rudely by the lady at the front that they only had one cook and shorted staffed. I completely understand that, and have no problem waiting, the issue is when the worker at the front went to the managers office where she was sitting and did not offer helping her understaffed employees. I called to speak with the manager after leaving almost 30 minutes later. The manager answered phone and I let her know the staff stated they were short handed and she did not let me finish speaking and stated “First of all” which I replied she hadn’t let me speak. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked if she had hung up or call was disconnected and she said hung up and hung up on me once again. I called back a third time to get her name and she hung up when I asked her name. I did not call back after that. The manager on shift was very unprofessional, had no regards to what was going on in the kitchen and/or customers, very disrespectful, and the list goes on. That is definitely not what or how a manager she act/be and I’m sure that location is suffering due to her inability to fulfill a management position. She never left her office where she was sitting and her workers being run to death. The workers deserve better and so do the customers.

Desired outcome: Address the manager with issues stated and hopefully get better support management for staff there.
