I ordered this and the water container is missing. All I want is another one sent to me. *** has been no help, nor ***.

I bought a detangling brush from Maxius Beauty, LLC on Dec 18, 2021. It cost me $45. However, I haven't gotten the brush yet. I sent an email to the company, and someone replied from a different email address, saying that orders take 4 weeks to ship and I'll get a notification. It's been 4 weeks, but I haven't heard anything.

I was supposed to get my MaxiGlide Flat iron a month ago but I never got it. I never got my flat iron in the mail. I've contacted many carriers who might have it and most of them couldn't help me find it. Ups told me it was lost during delivery. The flatiron costed over $100 and this is really upsetting!

I ordered from Maxius Beauty, LLC back in December, but I still haven't received my package. I reached out to their support team in January, and they informed me that it would take around 4 weeks for the item to be shipped and an additional 3-7 business days for it to arrive. However, it's been over 2 months now, and I'm unable to reach their customer service via phone as the number seems to be out of service. Moreover, when I tried emailing them, the messages bounced back as undeliverable. It's frustrating because there doesn't seem to be anyone I can contact for assistance.

I'm just like the rest of the folks here, I ordered a flat iron from Maxius Beauty, LLC a while back and still haven't gotten it. I've been trying to reach out to them through email, but it keeps bouncing back with an error. I paid a hefty $199 for this product, so I either want my money back or I want that flatiron ASAP.

I ordered a maxi glide from Maxius Beauty, LLC in December 2022. The product never arrived. I emailed the company, and they informed me that my order hadn't been shipped yet. They assured me that I would receive an email once it was shipped. However, I haven't received any further communication from them. To make matters worse, the phone number no longer works, and my email was returned as undeliverable. At this point, all I want is a refund if they are unable to provide the product.

I bought a maxius brush from Maxius Beauty, LLC on March 6, 2023. I've purchased from them before and really liked the brush, so I decided to get a new one after losing my old one. But when I checked the status of my order on 3/10/2023, I saw that the website was completely shut down. I haven't gotten any emails, phone calls, refunds, or anything. It feels like they stole my money. I don't know how to contact anyone about this. I tried sending an email, but all I got was a message saying the address couldn't be found. Why would they take my money and close down without any warning?

I bought the Maxiglide XP from Maxius Beauty, LLC for $200 on March 9, 2023. They sent me an email saying my order was confirmed and would be shipped in 3-7 days. But after a week, I didn't hear anything about my order being shipped. So, I emailed them to ask for an update. But guess what? I got an email saying there was an error and they couldn't deliver the email. I even tried going back to the website where I made the order, but now it says the website is not available. Can you believe it? They already took my money, but I still haven't received the product I ordered.

I ordered somethin' from Maxius Beauty, LLC on January 14th (order # ***). But when I checked my bank statements and emails, I saw that they charged me again for the same thing (order # ***) on February 9th. It's already March, and I ain't received none of these orders. I wanna cancel one of these duplicates and get a refund 'cause I didn't order it twice. The customer service phone number ain't workin', and when I email support, I get a message sayin' it couldn't be delivered. I tried reachin' out on *** and Instagram, but nothin'. I've ordered from this company before and never had a problem like this.

I bought a new Maxiglide under warranty 'cause my old one broke. They said they'd send me a replacement, but it's been ages and I still haven't got it. I keep calling and they keep giving me the same story, saying it's on backorder and to check back in a few weeks. But it's always the same old song and dance. Today, I tried calling again, but the number's disconnected and the website's down. It's just not right, it's really messed up.

On Jan.13,2023 I ordered the product Maximus Beauty Beyond for $29.99. I was sent a confirmation of my order #*** that it would be shipped and I would be notified. I received no shipping details so I emailed the company on Jan. 20, 2023. On the same day I received a response from the company to allow for 4 weeks for order to ship and that an email would be sent to me. It also stated to allow 5-7 business days from shipped date to receive order. On Wednesday, Feb 15, 2023, I emailed them again. Undeliverable. I emailed a second time undeliverable. I called the number given 888-629-4875not in service. I was charged $29.99 on my card the day I ordered the productJan 13, 2023. As of today I have no product, but they have my money.

I ordered a MaxiGlide XP + Free Beauty Kit 1 on 11/18/2022 for a total cost of $213.21. I paid for this product and still haven't got it. I tried contacting the vendor at their email as stated on their website *** but I got an error saying this email address doesn't exist. I also called their customer service number ***) and it says the number is out of service. This is crazy that you can't get a hold of customer service and that they charged me the whole amount for a product I haven't received. I can't even talk to anyone to get a refund. They stole from me. I want immediate retribution for my wasted time trying to reach them with no availability and a complete refund for the items I paid for that I never received.

I got a Maxius straightener to replace my old one that I got as a gift like 15 years ago. The old one still worked, but I thought the new one with the swivel cord and better temperature control would be worth it. I mean, the old one lasted so long, so I figured this one would too. I got it in December , which was like 2 years ago, but I've only used it like 20 times since the pandemic started. Who even cared about their hair back then, you know? Anyway, I kept it in the original box and took good care of it. But a few days ago, when I tried to use it, nothing happened when I turned it on. I tried different outlets and nothing worked. So, I checked their website, and they say they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. They don't mention any time limit, just a month for returns. I contacted them, but they said it's been over a year since I bought it, so they can't do anything. Nowhere on their website does it say there's a one-year limit. I really loved the original straightener I had, and if I knew this new one would die after less than 50 uses, I wouldn't have bought it. I would've just stuck with the old one. I'm really disappointed in the company. They didn't even offer me a discount on a new one.
