James came for service call he was right on time. He was pleasant fix the problem quickly explained everything cleaned up after himself and left was in and out in about 15 minutes was extremely pleasant and kind. Very happy with the service.

Moving into retirement my wife and I don't want to be heaving water tanks and replacing commodes, faucets and pipes from having bad water. The watercure system was tailored for our problem by technician Josh and professionally installed by Ed. The system is state of the art and made in the USA. Not big box store junk! Water is soft and odorless. A technician will service it once a year. We love it!

Love this company! What a life saver and they are prompt, professional, just top-notch. With low water table, my well water was strong with sulfur and minerals. After doing their magic there is no more orange, smelly water and my water pressure has improved! From the moment of my first phone call to Ann to inquire about having my water tested, I really felt I had made a good decision in calling Watercure USA. My testing was scheduled within minutes, and it was a free service they provide. No big deal, right? Except Drew drove all the way from Lockport to Dunkirk to do it! FREE! Drew showed up, on time, with an advance reminder he was on the way! And I meet this easy going, laid back, down to earth fella who felt immediately comfortable to be around! He explained the tests in detail as he preformed them, the man does communicate easily! He explained the systems they have that will correct the problems I have with my water, explained the prices and financial options and left me feeling I was in good hands. Meeting Drew was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time! The next day, the appointment for my install was set, very timely and once again, Ann left me with a smile on my face! So they send Kevin down to do my install. Kevin is a pleasure! Diligent worker, knows his job, and does it extremely well! And he is another very comfortable person to be around! So effortlessly professional! I'm very happy to have met Kevin and observe his skills and experience his knowledge! I will not hesitate to recommend Watercure USA and their people to anyone!
