They also left a mess in my house after installing a new water heater. I had to clean up after them. The price was also higher than what I was quoted over the phone. I would not recommend Water Heater Solutions, LLC to anyone.

I want my money back! I paid a hunnit bucks to Water Heater Solutions, LLC and they didn't even finish the job. Ain't that some BS? I'm so pissed off right now. They need to give me my money back ASAP. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

My toilet was leaking and I called Water Heater Solutions, LLC on November 7. They said to call them if it didn't stop once the bathroom was warmed up. But it never got fixed and they knew it was still leaking. I called them back and they didn't return my call or text until the next day. They set up another appointment to come out between 1-5 but they never showed up or called. I've been trying to reach out to them since November 8 but they still haven't scheduled an appointment or called me back. I've called, texted, and emailed them but no response yet and today is November 19. I paid them $125.00 and I'm still waiting for them to fix my toilet.

This company was called through our home warranty to fix our busted hot water heater. They came on Friday September 9th and said we needed a new one. They said they'd send the paperwork on Friday and we'd get it by Tuesday the 13th. But we didn't get it. I called both the warranty company and Water Heater Solutions. The warranty company said they didn't get it and this was on Wednesday September 14th. I called this company a bunch of times, left voicemails, texts, and calls, but they didn't say anything except they had a family emergency. Thursday September 16th came and went and we still don't have hot water. They sent the estimate late on Thursday September 16th. We've been without hot water for 10 days now. We paid the service fee, but they don't answer the phone, return calls, or reply to emails. It's Friday September 16th and we've been without hot water for over 9 days. We called them a bunch of times this week, but they didn't call back or say when they'd come to install the water heater. This company left my family of 6 without hot water for 9 days, 7 from the time they came out. This company is terrible to work with, deal with, and even get ahold of.
