Walmart products unavailable when pharmacy closed

Recently our pharmacy had to cut back hours due to lack of available people to work. Unfortunately when the gates are pulled across the pharmacy it also cuts off access to products that are not under prescription. For example I cannot get my contact solution or my eye drops about 12 noon when the pharmacy opens. I can only get my contact solution at one other store and it is $4.00 more than Walmart. Isn't there some way that these non-prescription items be moved out of that area and put on a shelf so people can access them?

Walmart online ordering for cyber monday

i tried several times to place an order online for cyber-Monday and picked out between 9 and 11 items original purchase should have cost me 410.00 but your security system continues to flag my purchase as suspicious activity. I called customer service and was told it would be fixed inside of 24 hours so i could still enjoy my cyber-Monday purchases. nothing was fixed on my account so i called back and spoke to a manager named Claudia #[protected] who told me nothing was fixed on my account, and she was going to contact your security team but it would take a Minium of 6 hours before they would contact her back. the sale for cyber-Monday ends in 4 and a half hours and if I don't get my order in on time it will ruin my kids Christmas because I waited and relied on Walmart to make my purchases for cyber-Monday.

Claimed loss: i will incur a 384.00 loss if I'm not allowed to use the cyber Monday sales

Walmart Price gouging

i wanted to add some Kleenex cubes to an order so I could get the free shipping, but was immediately discouraged when I saw the price. NOWHERE have I ever seen a 4 pack of Kleenex cube boxes listed for over $15! This is blatant price gouging! This also happened with some of the other products I attempted to add to the order. I wound up adding an extra amount of what I really needed which were the Viva 6 pack double rolls since, unfortunately are no longer available anywhere except these thieves.

Walmart Online ordering

I am very unhappy with Walmart and I would like my issue to be rectified.

Items: Mainstays 7-Piece Grey Bed in a Bag Comforter Set with Coverlet, King

On November 24, 2023 I purchased 4 comforter sets on Black Friday at a sales price of $29.

Your site was very cumbersome. Looking for this item, your site, in one sitting, would go back and forth- saying the items are in stock in certain locations and then out of stock at all locations and then in stock again at specific locations. Initially, I had the pickup location at the Lockport, NY location. I ran another search and found the items stocked at the Cheektowaga, NY location so I cancelled at Lockport location and re-ordered at Cheektowaga location. After ordering the items, I had an original scheduled pick-up on Sunday, November 26. I even called your corporate Customer Service number on Saturday and the order was confirmed. Saturday, November 25 I had to reschedule the pick-up so I rescheduled for Monday, November 27 since I was allowed one rescheduling change.

Today, my husband arrives for our Monday, November 27 scheduled pick-up and no one could help him. None of the workers would help him. He gave the Customer Order number and nothing came up. I decided to look at my order on-line and to my surprise, found out my order was cancelled!

1. When my husband provided my customer order number and the employees looked it up in the system, the only the employees said was that it did not come up in the system. They couldn't find my order. Pulling up my order number should make my order come up in the system as an existing order, even if it was cancelled. They should have had the ability to tell us exactly what happened to my order. It would have minimized all of the confusion at the Cheektowaga location.

Also, the employees did not know the address on Walden. We were confirming the Cheektowaga location and the workers gave a completely different address than what was on my confirmed emails.

2. Why was order my order cancelled?!

When I called your corporate Customer Service line, the representative said the order was out of stock.

A reserved order means the customer wants and purchased the item. A reserved order means, unless the customer does not show up and pick up their items on the scheduled date, the items are the customers and the customer is on their way to pick up. Why wouldn't this location put my items in a separate area for reserved online orders?! Why would your Online Orders Department take my paid and reserved items and put them back on the floor to sell?!

3. I called the Corporate Customer Service line and the representative told me I had to continue to look at the site for the items I want to see if they were in stock and the Black Friday discount sales price would not be honored.

Walmart needs to make this up to ME. Your company screwed up my order and took it upon themselves to cancel my reserved and paid for order. Then to add insult to injury, I am told by your representative I have to search the site. No, Walmart needs to contact ME when these items are back in stock and Walmart needs to honor the Black Friday sales price because I already bought these items for the sales price.

Walmart messed this up and needs to rectify this.

4. When I asked the representative I wanted to speak with her manager, she either intentionally ignored me and would not respond to me, growing silent or intentionally hung up on me. I continued to say "Hello, Hello" and the phone had not disconnected.

This entire purchasing process to buy these items was absolutely terrible. From ordering the items, the site going back and forth in stock and out of stock, to arriving at the store for pickup of my online order and confusion at the Cheektowaga location to finding out on the site my order was cancelled to speaking with your rude representative, I am extremely dissatisfied. This was my first time ordering through your online store and it was 0 stars. Very poor integration and processing. Walmart needs to get it together and rectify this situation for me. I want the 4 items at the discounted Black Friday price I paid. Walmart also needs to work on an improved process for Online Orders.

Walmart TCL 65 inch tv

On November 23 I ordered online a TCL 65"tv. It was to be delivered Saturday November 25. This was the first time I ordered online. It was delivered to the wrong house. I was on the phone holding for about 3 hours. All they wanted was to give a refund. This tv was a black friday item and no longer in stock. Someone got a free TV. I had nothing. I had to work black friday so I had to order online. Will not order again. Very angry customer.

Walmart Fraud with walmart and walmart+ membership

Walmart driver stole half my grocery order. I was told they could refund but not replace. I'm homebound and this was my Thanksgiving dinner. Being epileptic my phone auto recordsed each interaction including agent suggesting I chase after Walmarts criminal driver, without my oxygen? The conversations with Whitney and A precious and their kids, they were home. Were abusive and bullying. I've received no response from emails sent after paying 19.95mo. of course that's now cancelled as they billed a second membership for Now for some reason.vspeaking to someone from Philippines call center who was aggressive and unable to listen condescending and patronizing but factually incorrect according to the bank it's crazy. Please assist and advise! Fraud and discrimination

Walmart extended warranty they want you to buy when you purchase electronics

i bought a lap top back in 2020 with that purchase they asked me if i wanted the extended warranty for another two years i said yes but they dont tell you its only two years of the day you purchase your electronics . it comes with 1 year warranty i buy 2 more years should make it three years of warranty not two so somewhere some one did not pass his education because he does not no math and they wont help anyone so from here on end wall mart can go broke ill never shop there again and im going to the news with this they are stealing from the customers

Claimed loss: purchase was 599.00 for lap top . 90.00 for extended warranty with tax total was 778.57

Desired outcome: nothing was done from wall mart and the manufacture they say warranty is over in 2021 from manufacture and 2022 from wall mart and i bought it on the 8 of dec 2020

Walmart Customer service and managers

I went for shopping at Walmart with my kids . When we were leaving parking lot my car run over a broken glass pieces and destroy one of my front tires. I called the manger and she took pictures and ask me to keep all receipts on all cost incurred . She said she will forward the case to the right department and I should expect a call. A company call me and said they are responsible for Walmart claims .After asking me if I have receipts he said the cleaning company will call me , no body call . I have been going there 7 times a week for the parts one and half months, they are tossing me up and done .

Walmart walmart great value frozen kiwi and dragonfruit

Today i bought these frozen fruit items to make a yogurt based fruit health snap with nuts and fruits.

Upon opening these bags a musky old smell was very dominate. Still frozen i tasted and no tasty flavor except freezer smell & taste. Discouraged i took kiwi out of my mixture and dragonfruit blended in with raspberries.

Both bag expiry was in 2025. I concluded both bags were thawed out in error and still put back in stock for selling. These bags had to thaw a long time to cause such a strong musky smell. Is it safe for consumption?

i strongly urge no consumer buy these great value frozen fruits i know i wont. Disappointed a large chain sold a unsafe musky product.

Walmart Work days and hours

I work for Walmart in bolton ontario and I have a disability. I was hired when Darko was the store manager and he was a good manager and treated me nice. I worked 2 to 3 shifts a week from Monday to Friday. My shifts were consistent from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm because I need to arrange for special transportation and I am not available to work weekends because I have other programs I'm involved in. Since the new manager took over I only worked 1 shift in 3 months, then my mother came in to complain to Christina and she gave me another shift. The next 2 months I haven't had any more shifts and my mom called Christina again today Nov 22, 2023. I feel discriminated due to my disability and treated unfairly by the department manager and the store manager.

Desired outcome: change my status from part time flex to part time, work 3 shifts a week Mon-Fri only. 4 hrs a day from 9:00-1:00 arrange for transportation.

Walmart Computer

I purchased a SGIN 15’ Laptop computer from Walmart on August 3, 2023. I spent $275.59 plus 59.00 for protection plan insurance, the seller was SGIN OFFICIAL STORE. At the time I assumed that I was purchasing from Walmart. It had a 90 day return which again I thought it was Walmart return policy.

I turned the computer on and it disconnected from the Wi-Fi. It would not stay connected to wifi my phone, tv, tablet, and another laptop do NOT turn off it is this laptop

I thought it was my wi-fi, I hired an IT man to come see what the problem was. He said he did not know why every 20-30 min the computer would shut down it would not keep online. It constantly disconnects from the internet for no reason, all my other devices on that network are fine but it disconnects from the wifi. He said it has to be the computer.

I took it back to walmart to return it for a refund. The manager told me I could not it was a third party. I had no idea what a third party was, they explained that SGIN OFFICAL STORE sold it to me? It was called Walmart Marketplace. I said then why do you have your name on it if you do not stand by what the third party sells. She suggested that I start a return online.

I started my return on Walmart contacted the seller through Walmart. The receipt states that Marketplace sellers have different return policy. China said I went over 30 days but I said Walmart policy is 90 days. I had to text CHINA again, they got right back with me (SO SORRY) they told me to go back to Walmart. I went up and talked to three managers, all of them tried to get a refund because the employees agreed with me.

They told me to go through my protection plan insurance that I had purchased for 59.00. I put a claim in but the employee said that was the only computer that was NOT COVERED. Why would Walmart sell me insurance that did not cover my item? This is not my job to check to see if the computer was covered under their umbrella. Walmart just took my money no flag went up and said (we do not cover this item under the insurance).

This laptop is crap and won't hold a charge, tried getting a refund and it's apparently sold by a 3rd party even though it's on Walmart website and fulfilled by Walmart out of #334.59.

Claimed loss: $334.00

Walmart Store is way too small

I live in Dauphin Manitoba and I think we have the smallest Walmart in Canada. We would like a new big Walmart. Super Walmart would be great. we have been in desperate need for this store for years. This store serves many many communities that that surround Dauphin mb Otherwise people have to drive all the way to Brandon or Yorkton to go shopping which is terrible we don’t have a good selection of anything here and barely any food items. It would be great if we could get a New Store. Thank you so much.

Walmart A return. Got ripped off

On November 13th on a Tuesday my husband went to Walmart located. 3075 East Tropicana Las Vegas Nevada 89121. Went to customer service with five cans of diced tomatoes which I remember paying $4 and some change for each can. He did not have a receipt the lady took the five cans and gave him a $9 and some change gift card. I would like to know if I paid $4 and some change for one can of diced tomatoes and had five returned only end up with the $9 and some change gift card
