I bought these WalkFitPlatinum insoles for my hubby, but sadly they didn't work out for him. We had to return them as they were not a good fit for him, but the company had a 30 day policy. And in reality, 30 days was just not enough time to get used to them, as they recommend being patient and using them for at least a few weeks.

After I tried to return them, we found out that the company doesn't give a refund or credit in this situation. That was quite disappointing, and honestly, I don't think ordering their products is worth the trouble.

If you plan on trying out these insoles from WalkFitPlatinum, just keep in mind that their return policy is not that good. So, double-check the calendar before you order them. It's probably safer to buy something else or stick with a brand that has a more lenient policy.

If you're interested in buying the same product, you should know that you can find it at Bed Bath & Beyond for just $19.95. However, they don't carry sizes bigger than 12, and I needed size 13, which was only available on the WalkFitPlatinum website.
