After two months of running highly costly ads, I noticed that my conversions were terrible. I happened to look at my ads account and saw that some ads were spending close to $100 to convert a single customer on a product that was only $12. That's just not acceptable.

The first few months seemed promising, but after that, everything went downhill. It was like the rubber met the road and the car just couldn't handle it.

To make matters worse, there was an issue with the Facebook Pixel that stopped tracking purchases. This is crucial for optimizing ads, but it took a full 31 days for Voy Media to address the issue. And even then, they didn't manage to fix it.
