Death Certificate ordered
I placed an order for a certificated copy of the death certificate for my father and have not received it. Both the MS Dept of Health and Vital Records are blaming each other regarding the process - which there seems to be no process. Never received a response regarding shipping or a status of the order, and as of today, 08/08/2022 the status still reflects - in processing for a order that was placed back on July 17th. I paid a ridiculous amount for the copy - $17 for the copy and $12 fee to VitalChek. Called VitalChek and they said call the MS Dept of Health - which I did and of course they stated they mailed it. The document was needed for a legal process regarding our family home which I decided to take another route to go my deceased mother's papers to locate my deceased father's death certificate.
Broken process and it is not efficient for the customer, please refund my total amount paid of $29.

My name is Christopher Roland Madden ands I ordered a birth certificate online and never received it but it was taken out of my step sons bank account. I would like the birth certificate mailed to me immediately please.

I paid $47.00 to have this company obtain a copy of my birth certificate from the
State of New Jersey. AFTER I gave them my credit card information I was advised:
"Their employees will check my information and send me a form to submit to the
NJ Bureau of Vital Statistics" to obtain a copy of my birth certificate.
So, I paid $47. for a form?
This is fraud and since others have complained online why isn't something being done about it?
This is a fraudulent business scam.
