Disappointed and Furious: StateVitalRecords.org Failed to Deliver Urgently Needed Birth Certificate
I'm really disappointed with my experience using StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org). I went ahead and splurged on all the fancy add-ons to ensure a speedy delivery of my son's birth certificate, as he needed it urgently to enlist in the USMC. Little did I know, when I was directed to an online notary (which cost me even more money), that it wasn't an official Texas website.
To make matters worse, a whole month has passed and now I've received yet another request for notarized documentation. I tried calling the phone number provided by the support person who responded to another negative review, but guess what? It's not even a working number!
This whole ordeal has cost me not only a month's worth of precious time but also over $100. Needless to say, I'm beyond furious.
Terrible Experience with StateVitalRecords: Ignored Emails, Demanded Payment, Delayed Delivery
I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with StateVitalRecords. I went ahead and bought a birth certificate from them on April 27, thinkin' it would be a smooth process. Boy, was I wrong! I took the initiative to send 'em an email on April 28, just to check on the status, ya know? But guess what? They never bothered to respond! Can you believe that?
So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I called up my bank and told 'em to cancel my credit card and stop any payment to those scammers. And now, would ya believe it? They have the audacity to email me, demandin' payment! Can you imagine the nerve?
Here's the kicker, folks. I paid extra for expedited delivery 'cause I needed that birth certificate pronto. But guess what? It's been ages, and I still haven't received it. Can you believe they expect me to wait a whole month for an expedited certificate? I mean, come on! That's just plain ridiculous.
Honestly, I'm startin' to think this whole thing is a big ol' scam. They take your money, ignore your emails, and then have the nerve to demand payment when you try to cancel. It's downright infuriating, I tell ya.
So, folks, take my advice and steer clear of StateVitalRecords. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and trustworthy service. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Misleading and Expensive: A Warning about StateVitalRecords.org
The website of this company, StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org), can be quite misleading at first glance. It gives off the impression that it is somehow connected to the state of Florida. I recently found myself in need of two birth certificates and decided to give this website a try. Little did I know, it would turn out to be quite the disappointment.
Upon placing my order, I was shocked to discover that I was being charged a whopping $73 for the birth certificates and their shipping. This seemed like an exorbitant amount for such simple documents. Feeling uneasy about the whole situation, I decided to cancel my order and seek alternatives.
When I contacted the company to cancel, they assured me that my money would be refunded within a few weeks. However, to my dismay, they mentioned that they would be keeping $14 as a service fee. Now, I couldn't help but wonder, what kind of service did they actually provide other than taking advantage of unsuspecting customers like myself?
It became clear to me that relying on government websites for obtaining birth certificates and other important documents is the way to go. Not only are these government websites more affordable, but they also offer superior service and provide valid and legitimate documents. It's a no-brainer, really.
So, my fellow individuals in need of vital records, I strongly advise you to steer clear of StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org) and instead opt for the official government channels. Don't fall victim to their misleading tactics and unnecessary fees. Trust me, you'll save yourself both time and money by going straight to the source.
Warning: Avoid StateVitalRecords for Birth Certificates - Costly, Slow, and Unnecessary Notary Service
So, I made a bit of a blunder when I decided to order my birth certificate from StateVitalRecords. Turns out, they ain't an official government website like I thought. My bad for not digging deeper before making the purchase. It's been a whopping two months now, and I'm still waiting for that darn certificate. To make matters worse, they made me pay for the order and some fancy notary service that I didn't even need. Man, I really should have done my homework on this one.
I've been checking the status of my order over and over again, getting more and more frustrated. That's when I had a lightbulb moment and decided to check out my county's website instead. Lo and behold, I managed to snag that birth certificate in just two days! And get this, it only cost me about a third of what I wasted on StateVitalRecords and their unnecessary notary.
I gotta admit, I feel pretty dumb for falling into this trap. But hey, maybe my misfortune can save someone else from making the same mistake. So, take it from me, folks, steer clear of StateVitalRecords if you want to save yourself some time, money, and a whole lot of headache.
Beware of StateVitalRecords: A Scam Disguised as a Legitimate Government Agency
I really regret not doing my research before using StateVitalRecords. I honestly believed they were a legitimate government agency, but boy was I wrong. They kept insisting that they hadn't received my application with my signature and therefore couldn't process it. Strangely enough, right after I sent over my application with my signature, I started receiving these annoying robocalls claiming to be from the social security administration, warning me that my number was going to be frozen. What a coincidence, right?
When I received yet another message from StateVitalRecords stating that my signature hadn't been received, I had had enough. I immediately told them to cancel my order, but guess what? They had the audacity to inform me that they would be keeping a $14 processing fee. Can you believe it? It's an absolute scam, and I strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the trouble and go directly to your country clerk's website instead.
Disappointing Experience with StateVitalRecords: Delayed Delivery, Lack of Transparency, and Unresponsiveness
I recently had an experience with StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org) when I decided to order a birth certificate for my daughter in April. Let me tell you, it was quite a frustrating ordeal. The so-called "expected delivery window" kept getting pushed back, and I was left in the dark about when I would actually receive the document I had already paid for. It was like a never-ending waiting game!
Feeling fed up with the lack of information and progress, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I made a trip to the county vital statistics office, where I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they offer the same service, but at a much lower cost! I couldn't believe it. The representative at the office had never even heard of StateVitalRecords, which made me question the legitimacy of this company.
At that point, I had had enough. I immediately requested a cancellation of my order and demanded a full refund. However, it seems like my message fell on deaf ears. I have yet to hear back from them regarding my refund request. Frustrated and feeling deceived, I took matters further and reported the company and the transaction as fraudulent to my credit card company. I hope they can help resolve this issue and prevent others from falling into the same trap.
Overall, my experience with StateVitalRecords was far from satisfactory. The lack of transparency, delayed delivery, and unresponsiveness left me feeling cheated. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. It's always better to go directly to the county vital statistics office, where you can get your documents promptly and at a fraction of the cost. Don't make the same mistake I did!
Terrible Customer Service and Overcharged for Birth Certificate - Avoid StateVitalRecords!
I gotta tell ya, I bought a birth certificate from StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org) back on March 31, 2021. Now, they said it would take about 60 business days to process 'cause of that pesky COVID situation. So, I patiently waited, ya know? But lemme tell ya, when May 27th rolled around, I started tryin' to get in touch with someone to find out what the heck was goin' on with my order. And guess what? I couldn't connect with a representative to save my life!
I tried shootin' 'em an email, I tried givin' 'em a ring, but no dice, my friend. I couldn't reach a single soul from that company. And here's the kicker, they charged me a whopping $65 for the birth certificate, and then slapped on an extra $15 for the notary. So now, not only am I left without the dang product I ordered, but I'm also out 80 bucks! And ya know what's even worse? There's no way to request a refund 'cause those folks at StateVitalRecords won't even bother to respond!
Let me tell ya, folks, steer clear of this company. Save yourself the headache and the hard-earned cash. Don't make the same mistake I did. This ain't no way to do business, I'll tell ya that much.
Disappointing Experience with StateVitalRecords: Delayed Delivery and Unhelpful Customer Service
I ordered a certified copy of my birth certificate from StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org) on December 3, 2022, and it's almost April 2023, but I still haven't received it. Can you believe that? I mean, come on! It's been so long, and I'm starting to get frustrated.
Now, don't get me wrong, they do respond to emails, but let me tell you, their responses are not very reassuring. I reached out to them on March 2, 2023, asking for some proof that my transaction was legit because, you know, I hadn't received my birth certificate yet. And guess what? They replied with a somewhat helpful response, saying they would look into it. But then, they hit me with the bombshell. They told me that I had to call a number to inquire further. Seriously? I mean, shouldn't they be the ones taking care of this?
At this point, I'm just fed up. I think it's time to take matters into my own hands. My advice to you is to skip all this hassle and just go directly to your county's Superior Court. Give them a call and ask for their recommendation on a reliable online service. Or better yet, if you can, deal with the court directly by mail. And if you're up for it, why not just go in person and get your birth certificate yourself? It might save you a lot of time and frustration.
I hope this review helps you avoid the same headache I'm going through. Good luck, and I hope you get your birth certificate soon!
Disappointing Experience with StateVitalRecords: Unfulfilled Order, Delayed Processing, and Poor Customer Service
I just can't wrap my head around why StateVitalRecords would still be taking orders if they can't even fulfill them. I placed my order on April 20th, and I needed it for a job opportunity. But here we are on July 16th, and I still haven't received anything. Meanwhile, I've already ordered and received documents from another company. When I tried to cancel my order with StateVitalRecords, they told me it was too late because it was already being processed. Well, guess what? The status of my order has been stuck on "processing" since April 20th.
Now, I understand that the website mentions delays due to COVID-19, but it didn't specify that it would take 60-120 days like it does now. I mean, come on! I get that there might be a delay, but this is just unacceptable and ridiculous. Not to mention the money and time I've wasted waiting for something that seems like it will never arrive.

Extremely Disappointed: Delayed Birth Certificate Delivery & No Customer Support
I placed an order for my birth certificate on March 19, and they said it would arrive in 25-40 days. As the time was coming to an end, they sent me a notification saying it would take an extra 15 days. Well, it's now day 18, and still no sign of my birth certificate. I reached out to them, asking for either a refund or a free expedited order, but they haven't responded at all. I even tried to find them on the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but they don't seem to be listed there (I should have checked there first, my bad). Seriously, I strongly advise against using this service!
Disappointing Online Identity Verification and Lack of Customer Support from StateVitalRecords
I recently went ahead and placed an order for a birth certificate through StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org). Gotta say, the online process for verifying my identity was a real letdown. I mean, I followed the instructions to a T, but it just didn't work. Bummer, right?
So, I decided to shoot them an email, hoping they could speed up the process for me. But all I got in return was some automated response from their so-called "support" email. Seriously, what's up with that? I'm still waiting for a proper response on how to get my money back. In fact, I'm so fed up that I'm gonna contact my bank and let them know about this fishy charge.
Honestly, I expected better from StateVitalRecords. It's a shame that they can't even provide proper customer service. I'm just hoping I can get my refund sorted out soon. Fingers crossed, right?
Disappointing Experience with StateVitalRecords: Hidden Costs, Inconvenient Forms, Notary Fees, Lack of Transparency
StateVitalRecords is a website that offers vital record services. I recently had an experience with them, and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. One thing that really bothered me was the hidden costs. They didn't make it clear upfront that there would be additional fees involved. It was only after I started the process that I found out about these extra charges.
Another issue I had was that they insisted on using their own forms. I thought I could use the forms provided by the county I was applying to, but StateVitalRecords required me to use their own forms instead. This was quite inconvenient and added to the overall frustration of the process.
To make matters worse, they also required a notary, which came with an extra cost. Again, this was something that was not clearly communicated to me at the beginning. I had to pay more money just to get my documents notarized, which was quite frustrating.
One thing that really disappointed me was their lack of transparency regarding the refund policy. They mentioned that they would hold back a portion of the initial cost, but they didn't specify how much. It turned out to be $14, which I found out later. This lack of clarity left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question their trustworthiness.
To add insult to injury, when I submitted pictures as part of my application (pic 's 4&5), they rejected them even though I obtained them from the county I was applying to. This was incredibly frustrating and made me question the reliability of their review process.
Overall, my experience with StateVitalRecords was extremely negative. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services. The hidden costs, insistence on using their own forms, additional notary fees, lack of transparency regarding refunds, and rejection of valid documents all contributed to a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Expensive and Inefficient Third-Party Service: Save Time and Money by Going Straight to Your State's Vital Records Office
This here service, let me tell ya, it's a real ripoff. Ya know, you can get them records for a whole lot less moolah if ya just go straight to your state's vital records office. This here is some third party that charges ya an arm and a leg, and then they can't even get it to ya on time like they promised. And don't even bother tryin' to get in touch with 'em, 'cause they won't respond. I'm tellin' ya, I want my money back.
It's way faster and cheaper if ya just go straight to your state's official website, ya know, the one endin' in .gov, and do your vital records request there. Trust me, it's a whole lot easier and you won't be wastin' your hard-earned cash.
Beware of StateVitalRecords.org: A Scam Company Taking Money and Failing to Deliver
I strongly advise against using StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org). This company is nothing but a scam, and I unfortunately learned this the hard way in April when I decided to order my birth certificate through them. They shamelessly took a whopping $180 from me and never bothered to send me the document I paid for. It's absolutely outrageous!
To make matters worse, when I attempted to reach out to them by phone, nobody ever answered. It was as if they were deliberately avoiding my calls. Frustrated, I resorted to sending them an email, hoping for some sort of resolution. However, all I received in return was a generic response, conveniently blaming the ongoing pandemic, COVID-19, for their inability to fulfill their responsibilities. How convenient, right?
But here's the kicker: they kept providing me with the same useless tracking number, urging me to check it repeatedly. I followed their instructions diligently, but to no avail. The tracking number provided no information whatsoever. It was a never-ending loop of disappointment and frustration.
At this point, I've had enough. I've taken matters into my own hands and reached out to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for assistance. Additionally, I've sought legal counsel from my lawyer, determined to hold StateVitalRecords accountable for their deceitful practices.
I implore you, dear reader, to steer clear of this company. Do not, under any circumstances, fall victim to their tricks and false promises. Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the endless frustration. Look elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy service to obtain your vital records. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Difficulty Uploading Supporting Papers and Lack of Mailing Address - Need Urgent Assistance
I'm a Notary, but dang it, I couldn't figure out how to upload my supporting papers or use the online Notary services on StateVitalRecords. I sent them a couple of emails asking for help, and finally, they sent me a link. But guess what? I still couldn't upload my dang documents! I searched high and low on their website, but couldn't find a mailing address anywhere. So, I shot them another email, begging for a mailing address. I hope they get back to me soon, 'cause I really need to send them my papers and get my documents sorted out. Fingers crossed, y'all!
Delayed Birth Certificate Copies: Unreliable Website, Stick to County Office for Online Orders
This website ain't what the vital statistics office suggests, ya know? They told me I'd get my birth certificate copies by the end of May, but now they're sayin' it might take 'til mid June to September?!?! I'm fightin' this charge with my bank, but they won't cancel my order 'cause it's still in processin'. I've asked 'em to take it up a notch and I'll keep pushin' my dispute with the bank... it's a total scam, man! Just go straight to the county office and ask 'em which site they use for online orders.
Disappointing Experience with StateVitalRecords: Delays, Lack of Communication, and No Delivery
I made an order on StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org) back in April 2022. I was really excited to receive my requested documents, but unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I reached out to them twice to check on the status of my order, but it took quite a while for them to respond.
The first time I inquired about my order, I had already been waiting for two whole months. Their response was a bit disheartening. They claimed that they had already mailed it out, but I needed to be patient and allow more time for it to arrive. I understood that delays happen, so I decided to wait a little longer.
Another month went by, and I still hadn't received anything. Frustrated, I contacted StateVitalRecords again to see if they could provide any further information. This time, they suggested that the documents may have been undeliverable at the address I provided. However, they didn't offer any explanation as to why this might have happened. They assured me that if the documents were indeed returned to them, they would make another attempt to mail them to me.
Now, it has been a whopping eight months since I placed my order, and I'm still empty-handed. At this point, I can't help but feel like I've been scammed. I strongly advise against using this website for your vital record needs. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.
Misleading Fee Structure and Hidden Costs Result in One Star Rating
StateVitalRecords is not very clear about their fee structure, which is quite frustrating. They require you to have a notary, and they conveniently "partner" with a service that charges $25 for this. It would have been acceptable if they had informed me about this additional cost before I provided my credit card information. However, they chose to keep this information hidden, resulting in a deduction of one star from my rating. It's truly disappointing to see such dishonest behavior from a company. All they had to do was mention the requirement for a notary and the availability of a $25 online option when they asked for my credit card details. If they had done so, I would have been okay with it. Unfortunately, they chose to remain silent, which is a truly disgusting business practice.
StateVitalRecords.org: A Frustrating Experience - Unreliable Delivery and Lack of Communication
So, I decided to shell out some cash to get my hands on my birth certificate, ya know? I mean, it's an important document and all. Ended up paying a total of 75 bucks to StateVitalRecords (statevitalrecords.org) just to make sure they verify who I am and stuff. I thought, "Hey, this website seems legit, they're all about confirming your identity and whatnot."
But let me tell ya, things didn't go as smoothly as I expected. They gave me a delivery date, but no tracking number to keep tabs on my precious birth certificate. And guess what? That delivery date came and went, and still no sign of my document. I'm starting to get a bit worried, you know? Like, how am I supposed to get in touch with these guys? There's no email address or phone number to reach out to them. It's like they're hiding in the shadows or something.
Honestly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated right now. I mean, I paid good money for this service, and all I want is my birth certificate. Is that too much to ask? And to top it all off, I'm starting to worry about my identity. I really hope these guys didn't pull a fast one on me and steal my personal info. That would be a nightmare, let me tell ya.
So, my advice to you is this: don't waste your hard-earned cash or your precious time on StateVitalRecords. It's just not worth it, my friend. Find another way to get your birth certificate, one that won't leave you feeling anxious and uncertain. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Noticed I had the same experience tonight. Come to find out I just got the application notarized so I could print it out and send it in. So when you spend the money on the notary it's only for YOU to print it out and send it in. If you go to the Texas DHHS .Gov site you don't even gotta do any of that. Now I'm beyond pissed cus I just spent $25 on a notary I did not even need AND they have all my personal information.
