I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with VirtualShield. I decided to cancel my subscription because the service just wasn't cutting it for me. I mean, I had some issues with it and I reached out to their support team, but they never got back to me. Like, what's up with that? And to make matters worse, they didn't even cancel my subscription like I asked them to. Can you believe it? And then they had the nerve to charge me for another year! I mean, come on, that's just not cool. So needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. I wouldn't recommend VirtualShield to anyone based on my experience.

VirtualShield is a software that I would not recommend to anyone. The customer service policies are terrible and they essentially steal your money. They take your money and give you a crappy service. If you complain to them, they play the appeasement game and keep your money. It's like they are thieves.

I recently tried out VirtualShield and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. Despite seeing some 5-star reviews, I have to say that they are not truthful. The service is slow and the tech support is not knowledgeable. I had trouble connecting and the features were very minimal. To make matters worse, the price is too high for what you get. This thing ain't workin' for me. It's makin' my voip phones go dead. And don't even get me started on the tech support. They're a bunch of dummies who don't know nothin'. I wasted my time and money on this thing. They got this deal where you can get 3 months for free, but they don't tell you that you can't get your money back if you don't like it. With the one month free, you can cancel within 30 days and not get charged. And trust me, you'll wanna cancel.

To make matters worse, I started receiving regular emails from VirtualShield warning me that they were not receiving my payments. This was because I had changed bank accounts, but it was still frustrating to receive these emails when I had already cancelled the service.

I'm taking the time to write this review because I just received another email from VirtualShield stating that they started a "ticket" for me. This was after I had already written to them (again) to let them know that I had cancelled the service months ago. It's frustrating to feel like my concerns are not being heard or addressed.

Overall, I would say that VirtualShield has some issues that need to be addressed. While it did work "sometimes" for me, the fact that I couldn't get any help when I needed it and the app kept showing up on start-up even after I cancelled the service was frustrating. I hope that VirtualShield can improve their service in the future.

VirtualShield is a virtual nightmare when it comes to using the internet. It's filled with glitches and problems that slow down your web browsing to a snail's pace. All of your business and favorite sites will not allow you to do transactions, even after you are recognized and signed in! It's frustrating to say the least.

But the worst part of it all is their customer no service. They promise a 30-day cancellation policy, but when you try to cancel within two hours after installing their program, they stall for two days and still refuse to cancel their service within the 30-day cancellation policy. It's a real headache dealing with their customer service.

VirtualShield is a cleverly disguised Virtual-Scam! They make promises they can't keep and their service is riddled with problems. It's not worth the hassle and frustration. Stay away from VirtualShield if you want to avoid a virtual nightmare.

But that's not all. I've noticed that this VPN runs pretty slow, which can be frustrating when I'm trying to stream videos or download files. And I've had trouble uploading anything to social media sites like Twitter, Google Drive, and Tumblr. It always times out and I have to try again later. And even when I'm not trying to access blocked sites, I still get blocked by many other sites unless I pay extra.

Overall, I would not recommend buying a subscription for VirtualShield. It's just not worth it. There are plenty of other VPN services out there that offer better performance and don't charge extra for basic features. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Firstly, I was not given any warning that my card would be charged to renew my subscription. This was quite frustrating as I was not prepared for the charge. Secondly, I found that the VPN interfered with many of my apps and even my emails. It was quite a hassle to deal with this issue.

When I received the email receipt for the charge, I immediately sent an email to cancel the service and request a refund. However, instead of canceling and refunding my money, they offered me a 50% discount. I was quite clear in my email that I wanted to cancel and refund, so I was quite surprised by their response.

It took a whopping 10 months to finally get them to refund my money and cancel the service. During this time, I had to deal with email download issues, which I initially thought was a problem with my phone. I even went back and forth with Apple and Comcast for months, trying to resolve the issue. It was only after I realized that the problem was due to VirtualShield that I was able to turn off the VPN and have my emails download properly.

One of the biggest issues I had with VirtualShield was their lack of customer support. There was no phone number to call, and their tech support was slow to answer and quite time-consuming to communicate with via email. Overall, I would not recommend VirtualShield to anyone. It's not worth the time or money. There are better VPN services out there that offer better customer support and don't interfere with your apps and emails.
