Village Hat Shop Great Service and Fast Shipping from Village Hat Shop

I measured my head and ordered the size according to their size chart. Check out was easy. The website is somewhat low tech but that's absolutely not a big deal. I had no issues with my order. Shipping was free and fast came in 4 days from order placed. Hat came in pristine condition, the exact hat I ordered. Will definitely buy from village hat shop again. Bummed location in Sacramento is closed. Thank you for this online service.

I was really happy with my purchase from Village Hat Shop. I needed a new hat and I found their website really easy to use. I measured my head and used their size chart to make sure I got the right size. The checkout process was really simple and I didn't have any problems at all.

The website itself is a bit old-fashioned, but that didn't bother me at all. It was really easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I was really impressed with the range of hats they had available. There were so many different styles and colors to choose from.

When my hat arrived, I was really pleased with the condition it was in. It was exactly the hat I had ordered and it looked great. I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived too. It only took four days from the time I placed my order to the time it arrived at my door.

I will definitely be buying from Village Hat Shop again in the future. I was really happy with the service I received and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new hat. It's a shame that their location in Sacramento is closed, but I'm really glad that they have such a great online service.

Village Hat Shop Disappointed with Village Hat Shop's Quality Control and Customer Service

I recently purchased a hat from Village Hat Shop's website and when it arrived, I was disappointed to find that the quality control was not up to par. The bow on the hat band had a seam that was off center and a knotted piece of material that looked like it had been smashed. I decided to give them a call to let them know about the defect and was met with a response that left me feeling unsatisfied. They simply stated that "This is just the way it is made" and didn't seem to care that they were selling defective merchandise.

I must say, I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received from Village Hat Shop. It's one thing to have a defect in a product, but it's another thing entirely to be met with apathy and a lack of concern for the customer's satisfaction. I won't be doing business with them again, as I don't want to risk receiving another defective product and being met with the same lack of concern.

Overall, I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Village Hat Shop to be aware of the potential for defects in their products and the lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It's a shame, as I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, they fell short in my experience.

Village Hat Shop Unsatisfactory Return Policy and High Shipping Costs: My Experience with Village Hat Shop

I recently made a purchase from Village Hat Shop and I have to say, I was not pleased with my experience. I ordered a hat as a gift for someone and unfortunately, it ended up being too big for them. I was disappointed to find out that the store requires customers to cover their own shipping costs for returns. This was frustrating for me, especially since the hat was lightweight but had to be shipped in a larger box due to its style.

To make matters worse, the cost of shipping the hat back for a return was quite high. I ended up paying $33 for the cheapest shipping option available. This means that I will only be receiving less than $10 back for the hat. It's safe to say that I am extremely unhappy with this experience.

As a result of this, I decided to order the correct size of the hat from a different retailer. This means that I essentially ended up buying the same hat three times. Needless to say, this was not a pleasant experience for me.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Village Hat Shop. The return policy is not customer-friendly and the cost of shipping for returns is quite high. If you're looking for a hassle-free shopping experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Village Hat Shop Mixed feelings about Village Hat Shop's online service and sizing chart

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Village Hat Shop. I'm all about those DPC hats - they just look so dang good! And the quality is top-notch, too. But I gotta admit, I'm a little disappointed with their online service. I ordered a cotton aussie hat from them, and it took a full two weeks to arrive. Now, I know that's not the end of the world or anything, but I was kinda hoping for a quicker turnaround time.

But that's not even the worst part. I used the sizing chart they provided on the site, measured my head like they said, and ordered the size the chart indicated. But when the hat arrived, it was way too big! Like, I could fit a whole other head in there with me. It's not even close enough to pad the hat lining or anything.

So now I'm left with a hat that doesn't fit, and I'm not sure what to do. I mean, I guess I could try to return it or exchange it, but that's just more hassle and waiting. And honestly, I'm not sure if I trust their sizing chart anymore. If it was that far off for me, who knows how many other people have had the same issue?

All that being said, I'm still holding out hope that Village Hat Shop will make things right. Maybe they'll offer to exchange the hat for a smaller size, or give me a refund or something. If they do, I'll definitely update this review and let you all know. But if they don't...well, let's just say I won't be too happy.

Village Hat Shop Good Hats, Bad Spam: My Experience with Village Hat Shop

I recently ordered some hats from Village Hat Shop and they arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. However, I was disappointed to find that I received a lot of spam emails from them after my purchase. I tried to unsubscribe from their mailing list, but the emails kept coming. It's really frustrating to receive so much unwanted email, especially when I had already tried to opt out.

It's a shame because I've had good experiences with their hats in the past, but the spamming has really put me off. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again, and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone else. It's a shame that their customer service has let them down in this way. Village Hat Shop Frustrating Experience with Village Hat Shop: Lost Order, Wrong Size, and Delayed Delivery

I ain't never gonna order nothin' online again if I gotta pay for the return. I ordered this hat from Village Hat Shop like 45 days ago, and they lost the first one they sent me. Then they finally sent another one, but it was too big even though I measured myself right. They told me today that their hats run big, so I gotta order a size smaller. So I did, but now they're tellin' me it won't be here until March 17th. That's like 8 more days! I ain't got time for this.

Village Hat Shop High Return Shipping Costs Ruin Customer Experience

I gotta say, I get why small businesses gotta make the customer pay for return shipping, but dang, the price of shipping back a hat for a different size is straight up ridiculous. I shelled out $50 for this hat, but when I tried to exchange it for a smaller size, the return shipping cost me a whopping $38! That's almost as much as the hat itself! Now I'm out almost $90 for a single hat.

Don't get me wrong, the hat itself is pretty nice and I like it, but in a business where you often gotta make multiple purchases to find the right fit, this feels kinda shady. It would've been cool if the company could've at least covered part of the shipping cost to make it sting a little less.

Honestly, I'm gonna have to look for a different place to buy hats from now on. I'll definitely be checking the return policy before I make any more purchases.

Village Hat Shop Unprofessional and Combative Customer Service at Village Hat Shop

My experience with Village Hat Shop was pretty good overall. I didn't have any issues with my order or delivery, which was a relief. However, I did have a question about a particular hat that I was interested in, and I decided to send an email directly to the address provided on the website. I attached a picture of the hat, thinking that it would be easier to show them what I was talking about rather than trying to describe it in words.

Unfortunately, I received an automated response about an hour and a half later, saying that my email had been deleted without being read. I was pretty frustrated by this, so I decided to use the contact form on the website instead. I asked about the quality of service when emails are deleted without being read, hoping to get some kind of explanation or apology.

To my surprise, I received a call from a customer service representative named Tina. She was extremely combative and confrontational, accusing me of not actually sending an email and telling me that I had no right to complain about their service. I was completely taken aback by her attitude and couldn't believe that any company would allow their employees to speak to customers in such a rude and disrespectful manner.

Rather than trying to understand my issue and work towards a solution, Tina was more interested in blaming me for their system's mistake. I was so frustrated by the call that I ended up hanging up on her. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Village Hat Shop to think twice before doing so, especially if you anticipate needing to contact their customer service department.

As someone who has worked in retail for over 15 years, I can say with confidence that this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It's a shame that a company with such a wide selection of hats and accessories would allow their customer service to be so lacking.

Village Hat Shop Disappointing Packaging and Shipping: My Experience with Village Hat Shop

I recently ordered a hat from Village Hat Shop and was disappointed with the packaging. The hat arrived in a corrugated paper hat box, which had rough edges that could potentially damage or scratch the hat. I was not pleased with this, as I expected better packaging for the price I paid.

Additionally, the shipping took much longer than the estimated time. It took a total of 12 days longer than expected, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, if you need to return an item, you must pay for the return shipping yourself. This seems like an unnecessary expense, especially when the fault lies with the company.

Despite these issues, Village Hat Shop is still in business. I'm not sure how they manage to stay afloat with such poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you are willing to take the risk of receiving damaged goods and dealing with slow shipping times.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Village Hat Shop. The customer service was seriously lacking - I mean, come on guys, a little friendliness goes a long way! And to top it off, when I finally placed my order, I got an email saying that my payment didn't go through because my card wasn't from the good ol' US of A. Like, seriously? I don't know about you, but I don't think that's a very good way to treat your customers. So now I'm out of luck and out of cash, with no hats to show for it. Not cool, Village Hat Shop. Not cool at all.

Village Hat Shop Disappointing Experience with Scala Hat: Shrunk After Wash and Replacement Didn't Fit

I bought a scala hat from a museum and it was great until I washed it and it got smaller. So, I decided to get a new one. I checked the tag and bought what I thought was the same hat. But, it wasn't. I tried to adjust it, but it just wouldn't fit my head. I don't think I'll buy another one.

Bought a hat from Village Hat Shop for my upcoming vacation. I was so excited to receive it and wear it on my trip. At the checkout, I was informed that the hat would arrive within 4 days. I placed my order on November 1st and now it's November 8th, and still no hat. I was so disappointed and frustrated with the delay. I decided to call customer service to inquire about the status of my order. The representative I spoke to was not helpful at all. She didn't offer any solution to my problem and didn't seem to care about my situation. It was an awful experience overall and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

I recently made a purchase from Village Hat Shop and unfortunately, the item I ordered seems to have gone missing in the mail. It got pretty close to my location, but for some reason, it was never delivered to me. I reached out to the customer service team and requested a refund to my card, but it's been over a week now and I still haven't received my money back. I even waited through the weekend, but still no response from them.

I decided to send another message to follow up on my refund request, but I'm starting to feel ignored by the Village Hat Shop team. If they continue to ignore me, I might have to leave another review to share my experience with others. It's frustrating to have paid for something and not receive it, and even more frustrating to not receive a response from customer service. I hope they can resolve this issue soon.

Village Hat Shop Disappointed with Village Hat Shop's Return Policy

I bought 2 hats for ladies from Village Hat Shop for $59.90. Unfortunately, they didn't fit me well, so I had to return them. The only problem was that the cost of sending them back was $29.69. I was a bit disappointed because other stores I shop at usually offer free returns or charge a small fee of $5.00 to $7.00, which is deducted from the refund. I don't think I'll be able to shop at Village Hat Shop again unless they change their return policy. It's just too expensive for me.

Village Hat Shop Disappointed with Misshapen Safari Hats from Village Hat Shop: A Review

I recently made a purchase from Village Hat Shop and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my order. I had ordered twelve African safari hats and when I received them, I was quite disappointed to see that they were all misshapen. I was quite upset about this and decided to call their customer service team to see what could be done.

After speaking with a representative, I was informed that I could send the hats back for a refund. However, I was also told that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. This was quite frustrating as it would cost me twice the amount I paid for the hats just to send them back.

Although I have always been a fan of Village Hat Shop's service in the past, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I will be purchasing any more safari hats from them in the future. It's a shame, as I had high hopes for this order, but unfortunately it just didn't work out.
