Ver Halen Aesthetic was not able to provide services, tummy tuck, for me due to multiple, positive THC test results. I was told that I was able to receive a full refund if I continued to test positive and I let them know at least 48 hours ahead of surgery schedule. I told office manager & receptionist after I administered my own THC test just as stated. After they determined it wasn't safe, they wanted to refund only $7500 of my $9500 fee.

I find this to be unethical as I was told they would be able to cancel with no further cost to me, by manager and receptionists.

On the day of the 1st cancellation of 2, they accepted a partial $1,000 payment of the $1500. I told them that I was only willing to pay the partial and they accepted. After determining that I was a high risk for surgery, they are trying to keep $2.000 dollars for a cancellation that was done on time.

I am a recently widowed spouse, October 9, 2022. My wife and I were together 21 years before her death. I was in an accident that totaled my car that very same month, October 31, 2022, & I now take medication for depression. I am a 9/11 veteran who suffered with PTSD after my father died as a result of 9/11 while I was serving on duty. He died after being injured in attack. He died 3-years later. This article can be seen in the New York Times. This organization has been not only transactional towards my situation, but apathetic.

I would not recommend this organization for anyone with a love one as they are business 1st and only

Dr Jon ver halen performed a bellesoma breast lift on me 8/8/18, worst decision I could have ever made. He is very money driven and lacks skills to perform this surgery. I went thru 3 revisions and still having issues with wounds, pain, loss of breast tissue, seromas. I was told by another plastic surgeon that Ver halen removes too much skin so I have to wait to repair my breast. Dr ver halen license is suspended now temporarily hopefully the Texas medical board will see how horrible of a surgeon he is and take his license! Run ladies from that office period!
