So, I went to Vanity Salon and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the experience. They charged me for some products that I never even got, and when I tried to reach out to them about it, they just straight up ignored me. Like, come on now, that's not cool. I mean, I understand that mistakes happen and all, but at least have the decency to respond to your customers, you know what I'm saying? It's just bad business.

On top of that, the actual salon itself was just okay. Nothing really stood out to me as being exceptional. The staff was friendly enough, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome or anything. And the prices were pretty steep, especially considering the lackluster experience I had.
