I got myself a pair of Geo Blenz Chic Blue Yearly contact lenses from HoneyColor. They threw in a couple of free trial lenses and two animal cases with my order. The prices on this site are way cheaper than other places (like Pinky Paradise) for me since I'm in Canada. Shipping was pretty good too. I went with the cheapest option, which was through DHL and came with a tracking number. My stuff got here on time, just like they said it would. I'm really happy with my order and I'd definitely buy from them again.

But, get this, the customer service rep told me that they only accept complaints up to 30 days after you receive the order. Like, what kind of nonsense is that? I mean, I get that they don't want people complaining about stuff that's been sitting in their closet for months, but come on. Contact lenses have expiration dates for a reason, and if they're sending out old, blurry lenses, that's a problem.

When I asked the rep if I was supposed to open all of my lenses and try them on to make sure they were okay, he told me that they don't encourage customers to stock up on contact lenses. Um, excuse me? So, all those BOGO offers and "Spend x amount for free shipping" deals are just a way to get people to spend money, but they don't want to take responsibility for their faulty inventory? That's a pretty terrible business model if you ask me.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend HoneyColor to anyone. Their customer service is a joke, and their business practices are sketchy at best. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your contact lenses.

How does a company charge the entire amount of the order and ship it out without the entire order being filled?!

I was really disappointed with the whole situation. I felt like I was being ripped off. I don't think it's fair for a company to charge me for an item that they didn't even have in stock. And to make matters worse, they didn't even offer to cover the return shipping cost. I haven't received any further response from the company, which is really frustrating.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from HoneyColor. My experience was not a good one, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.
