I called the Lenscrafters store at Stony Point approximately 3 weeks ago. The person I spoke with was very rude and sarcastic. Because of her attitude with me, I decided to visit a different location to view frames/glasses, which I did.
Approximately one week after that call, I changed my mind and decided to visit that location anyway because I knew they had a good selection to choose from.
I met with the store personnel Julie and purchased glasses. Approximately one week later, I received a text that my glasses were ready. I called the store to confirm this as I lived almost an hour away. At this time, I spoke to Karen on the phone - she was rude, unprofessional and kept arguing with me because I wanted to confirm things before I made the trip. I realized immediately and recognized that this was the same woman that I had spoken with on my inital phone call. She made a misake when searching for my information and from that point on, kept blaming me because of it. I communicated to her at that point that when I did pick up my frames that I wanted nothing to do with her.
The young African American woman that waited on me was very helpful and friendly. As a matter of fact, the other employee, Cameo I believe offered her assistance as well and made me and my husband feel very comfortable. The Mananger Karen was the person that spoke so ill-mannered and snappish to me and because of her attitude with me over the phone, I do not wish to visit that location again.
