I won 300 plus dollars on the volcano slot game. As soon as I asked to cash out my account was froze and I was told I can't have my winnings. I got lucky and won I did nothing wrong I would like my winnings. Then I was told by lucky 2.0 that they would figure this out for me but they can make me a new account in a different game and took my money from there also. I just want to cashout what I won fairly. Please I did nothing wrong and I'm not going to be that lucky again. 300 plus dollars isn't even a huge amount but it is to me and why was I frozen out of my account also

I have put a lot of money into my account and I finally got it to 450 and I planned on tipping 250 and having 200 cents to myself and as soon as I asked to cash out the host blocked me and now I am stuck. This makes me livid. The incident took place on April 5, 2024 at 4:15 pm. The host was high stake gamevault JUWA xgames Orion star and Milky Way. They also have done the same thing to my husband.

I was playing wheel of fortune on game vault I was at $68.50 someone logged on kicking me off I reported it to game host my password was reset and my balance was gone game host said it's all played it but the game log showed a game ive never played must have been friend noone had my password I have screenshots of all messages I know it was the game host please fix this

I hit playing gamevault but it did not add the funds to my winnings. I have screen shot and everything but they won't cashout my winnings because it didn't add it. The guy made me close it down and reopen game which took me out of it. now he refuses to pay me my winnings even though I got proof I hit it. I was playing Game vault under luckyland sweeps A (Facebook page Luckyland Sweeps). Had it up to just over $128 and was booted off. When I tried to log back in my password was changed. Then Luckyland Sweeps tells me that there was no balance on the game. It went somewhere! They refuse to look into which only leads me to believe they were responsible.

Ok while playing on 3 different occasions I was kicked off during free spins. It was firelink and flame combo. I believe this is my handler because everytime I’m winning this happens. I paid Adam numerous time on cash app to play game vault well wen I finally won $68 after hundreds of dollars of not winning. He says there's a 72 hr rule u have cash out with in. I had uploaded $10 dollars to one of the Facebook gaming platforms. Tje facebook page is called Para Casino 777 and they support game vault. I won $112 and some change. The platform is now refusing to cash out my winnings and has blocked me from communicating with them. I just want to make people aware of this matter so it does not happen to other people who put the trust in this Facebook platforms. This business has refused to give me the money I have won and will not refund my money back I put into the game. I have screenshot of the messages between this business as well and a picture of my winning in the game. I am having trouble uploading them in this report, but if you would like I can email them once I get a respond. Please help me. I don't know what to do in this type of matter. I am a single mother and I just want people aware of what is happening

On Wednesday February 21st a gamevault account was set up for me using Bada Bing my username Crystal22gv1. Today Saturday February 24th I played and won $55 I sent my platform information letting them know I was ready to cashout and the informed me they did not set up that account for me however I screen shot our previous correspondence and sent it to them yet they continued to deny setting up my account. Later in conversation they offered to load $5 for my inconvenience which I declined. Because there was no resolution in this matter I chose to reach out to you guys. I have screenshots of all of our correspondence as well as a screenshot of my winnings if you need it. I thank you in advance for you attention to this matter and look forward to working with you in an effort to resolve this matter.

Was playing the Golden wheel when I had 00 and nothing else popped up well it did The respin where the 00 stays any other two slots spin. Well a five popped up and it would have made my winnings to be $50. But that's not what happened instead the double zeros glitched out of there and went to a store instead was the zero should have been locked in there and I was only awarded 50 cents instead of $50

Well when you look at the picture you will see I landed on fireballs there's five of them the only four of them have anything on the fireball so that at least should be an amount of money I won but I didn't and it only gave me $4.65 and that will show you on the picture also.

I have been messaging the people about it and they act like they don't know nothing about it and they said that they can't do nothing about that they're not allowed and the day this happened was December 22nd 2023 and I was 11:30 p.m. and they have not done anything except for give me the runaround.

I had noticed some of the bonus’s, and payouts were always off. I couldn’t put my finger on it until I started asking and not depositing money into my account. If they were short, they would say it would be made up next deposit or some sort of excuse. And never follow through with it. I asked for an explanation after so many mistakes. I've noticed this problem many times but still enjoy playing however this time I was able to capture a screenshot of the win and the actual payout for the win. According to the game I should've been paid 250.00 for the win picture attached but it only credited me with a 0.20 win, obviously that is way wrong.

I use this app for online gambling and I noticed earlier that during the spins on the golden wheel game my balance would deduct two dollars on one dollar play and then it wouldn’t reflect the win correctly or would just keep deducting more than I was betting per spin. This happened on more than one occasion. But today I added 11 dollars for play and i only spun the wheel for probably half the amount that I was seeeing deplete from my cash balance.

Yes id like too report on a platform that uses yall the platform is called casino hub. This is what they have did I started the account last night at first they keep telling me that yall was haveing issues after I sent my deposit trun make me get on anouther game finally they got my accoumt. December 18th 5:12 pm I was playing on game vault through ranger sweeps. I was playing ultimate fire links and hit the bonus for the fire balls there were 6 balls on the screen two of them were $45 one of them said $3.60 one said $1.20 one said nothing and the other said mini. It played the bonus game all the way through and at the end when it was counting the balls it just didn’t count the two that were $45 and it didn’t count the mini. This is the second time I’ve hit the mini and it paid me nothing. The first time I settled for the word glitch. I’m not settling this time. Paying me all the bonus balls except for the 2 that were $45 and the mini bonus does not seem like a glitch to me. A glitch would’ve not paid me anything
