KIA Motors - Service Department at Kia of South Austin

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation showed proof of Ally purchased service contract from Kia when I purchased the car and was told that I only had to show it at the service department in order to get the maintenance done that the warranty maintenance contract covered. Every other dealership that I have went to honored the Kia recommended Ally Service contract but this Kia of South Austin because Ally was closed when I got my service. But I had the contract card and a copy of the service contract and they stated they still couldn’t honor it because they couldn’t verify with Ally when they had the documentation: so I was forced to pay $120 they took over 4 hours made me have to Uber to my doctors appointment and then promised me a ride back and when I called them to send the ride I called and texted and didn’t get a reply and I had to pay for a ride back to the dealership to get my car myself to then be told that they still were not going to honor th service contract that I have. I would never go to or recommend this Kia you call and I was on hold for over and hour to have someone in service pick up and still not be able to help. I will be requesting my money back will be reporting this dealership to Consumer Affairs and the BBB. If you don’t honor a contract purchased at Kia through a Kia recommended company what Contract are you going to honor. I relocated to Austin for my 1st job after graduating college and dealing with a business like this Kia of South Austin really makes me second guess it. I will not EVER go back to this dealership and I don’t recommend any one else do either especially the service department It SUCKS & customer service is NOT a top priority.

Desired outcome: Refund of my Money paid for a warrantied service and of the $27 Lyft fare I had to pay to get back to the dealership because as they promised but didn’t answer to get the a ride back. Refund of $147 is what I’m seeking 2 Oil changes
