Wendy’s - Food made wrong and then they would not refund

We ordered a family chili, garlic frys and 4 small vanilla frosty's and one small chocolate frosty at 6:53pm at location 1501 North Broad st 37879. The person who took the order put down medium for the frosty size and then when we looked at the chili it was only soup with no beans or actual chili in with the red soup. I do have videos of this. Also to play even more of a prank with my food they decided to give me 4 chocolate and 1 vanilla. The two individuals who decided to play this prank were Nick Foister and Emily Madison. On top of all this I went back to return the food unopened and get a refund and the manager Elissa Long said that Wendy's does not give refunds and she would not remake the food even though clearly there where problems with the food. I have my receipt and video of how the chili looked which was put into 4 small bowls instead of the large family size bowl which I know is also less than the amount given in a large bowl. Desired outcome: I would like a refund and for those responsible to be replaced for messing with my food for no reason and for the manager to be replaced because she would not even refund my money after I came all the way back out to bring it back.
