The dentures I received are unfinished. One side of the denture was shaped to fit correctly and the other side was not. There is a huge chunk of the gum plastic that goes all the way to the base of my tongue. There are burrs along the edges.
I call them after I have lost my entire Labor Day weekend because of no bottom teeth. Now I had been in the office the Friday before the weekend and was just not listened too and dismissed so that they could get to their weekend. This is the opposite of how I expected to be treated by a dentist office and someone that I had paid nearly 10,000 dollars too.
They expect me to wait for days more to be helped. I truly think this office is the opposite of who you should have representing your company.
Desired outcome: I would like a faster service. If not I should be compensated for the poor service and quality. I should also inform you that I purchased my upper denture from them and have had several instances where teeth have fallen out.
