Rude employees. The girls working there are rude, arrogant and unfriendly. There are 2 employees that seem pleasant (Connellsville Pa.) The other women will let you know they could care less about you or any question you might have. Saying “have a nice day” with an attitude doesn’t work girls. Most Dunkin’ Donuts have rude employees, you can pretty much count on it. Oh, and the reviews you do for them where you’re supposed to get a coupon through email for a free donut? You never send the coupon. I’m done with this business.
Desired outcome: I won’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts anymore. Problem resolved.
