Burger King

I haven’t eaten at Burger King for years. I switched to McDonald’s because of the way Burger King was with their customer service. You are putting your commercials on the TV so much anymore that I’m thinking that you know maybe Burger King changed I said let me go try it let me give him a chance again so I pull up to the window to order my food not the window and no one is answering or I’m asking them is anybody there no one‘s answering so I pull around to the window where a young kid was he said did you place an order, I said I didn’t because your machine was not working. Nobody was asking me if I wanted anything so he says OK hold on and he goes back and he talks to the manager and says my manager said you can wait if you want I said, what do you mean wait I said I’ve been waiting to place the order now I can’t have the stand at the window and we no one can take my order he said no my manager said if you want you can wait , I was so upset I just pulled away and went into McDonald’s because McDonald’s is two doors away. This is a Burger King in Clifton Heights on Baltimore Pike. I will never go there again ever I probably will never go to Burger King again. Only reason I type is because I keep seeing your commercials and I’m thinking maybe they got better , I got no explanation on why I had to wait or how long I had to wait I was just told I can wait if I want to. I just wanted to let you know what’s going on with your company and this is why all your reviews are not even at a two funny thing was my husband always loved your Italian sandwich and I was so excited that it came back and he’s really upset now because of the way we got treated thank you
