On january 16th 2024 asiwas returning from my daughter house in alabama I stopped at the burger king in tifton georgia my half way point to jacksonville flordia. My wife got a chicken nugget and onion rings, I got a burger and a medium drink. I did not drink all my soda when I arrived home my wife empty the rest of the soda and found a dead baby cock roach stuck to the inside of the cup. Needless to say I am not very happy this could cause me serious health issue as I am 74 years old. I would like to know what your company will do about this issue

there is a group of men that hang in there every morning some of which bring there own coffee and discus the world event very loudly I might add. I have spoken to the manager and she said she has asked them to be quite, but they don't listen. it seens I have to stop going to burger king on rt 37 and Mule rtd because the manager is not capabble of running the place

Unable to enter the building because there was only 1 employee
In Abbeville LA Burger King I was told that due to having only 1 employee that I could not enter and that they would only take orders from the drive thru. Thus Burger King is always getting orders wrong and 1 main employee is a main source of the problem. His name is Rico. He has screwd me out of money and food that I paid for. He even gave me crumbles of meat and put it on my Burger bun. He was also the one working today and not allowing anyone to order inside This happened on Dec 30th on Saturday.
