Les Schwab Tire Center - Ordered wheels/quality of experience

I ordered these Method 305 wheels for my pickup and was told that they would be there the following day or the next at the latest. Those days went by and after attempts to track them down they were apparently left at another location 50 miles away. Les shwab never called me to even let me know anything about it, I was the one that had to reach out every time. About a week passes and they finally arrive. After installed I noticed when I drove out of there the tires were rubbing completely against my upper control arms in the front. Chunks of tire are missing now and It would have been nice to have received a call or something prior that they rub so we could have avoided that. All around very frustrating experience.

Desired outcome: Money for spacers New tiresAnything.

Les Schwab Tire Center - Vehicle damage

On Monday, March 15, 2021, I drove from my home in Rogue River to Les Schwab on Union Ave., Grants Pass, to have the tires on our 2007 Volvo XC90 rotated. I arrived early and waited for the service to be completed. After the tire rotation, I drove off and noticed 2 fault messages on my dashboard, "Anti-Skid Temporarily Off" and "Spin Control Off". I returned to Les Schwab and reported the problem to the service representative, Corey. I told him that in addition to the fault messages, the left rear wheel looked out of line. He took the car and came back to tell me that he pulled the wheel and all looked fine. He sent me to Revolve West, down the street, to have the fault codes cleared. After they were cleared, I drove off and the fault codes returned. I called Corey just after that and informed him of the situation and he scheduled me for a wheel alignment on March 17.
On my way home I stopped at Southern Oregon Tire. They inspected the car and found the left rear control arm was bent. They suggested I allow Les Schwab to do the repairs. On Wednesday, March 17, the bent arm was replaced and the alignment was done. The service report notes that there was no charge because they had "jacked up the car on the bar and bent it". I then went back to Revolve West to reset the fault codes again. I noticed driving home that the steering wheel was offset to the right. When I got home, I read the alignment report and found that the left rear wheel was not within tolerance. I called Corey and asked for an explanation. He transferred to me to Joe, who apparently did the alignment. Joe provided no explanation and became annoyed and then hung up on me.
On Friday, March 19, I returned to Southern Oregon Tire. They looked at the Les Schwab alignment report and agreed that it was out of tolerance. They said that there was no adjustment to correct it and that the wheel is even visually out of alignment. They suggested there may be other damage besides the arm that was bent. This was the first rotation due on these tires at 7, 000 miles and there is no abnormal wear on the tire treads. The last wheel alignment was done 10, 000 miles before and was within tolerance and the wheels were straight. The wheel is off enough now to easily see it is towed out at the bottom.
I have copies of receipts for these tires, previous and current alignments and service reports mentioned in this complaint, but am not able to attach them from my I phone to this report. I will gladly provide them to you by mail or email. Thank you.

Desired outcome: I need my car to be repaired correctly to restore it from this damage and make sure that it is safe.
