From a customer stand point: A relative bought one of their lawn mowers. It ran for 20 minutes and quit. A call to the store requested them to bring the mower in. Upon bring the mower in the associate told the customer "You'll have to leave it with our repair shop. It will take about 3 weeks". I got involved and called BS! (As an employee at the time) this dumbazz I had to help push and pull in all of their junkazz mowers that wouldn't start every night at closing. I also reminded D.A. that I had worked in windows and doors where if you bought one off the bottom of the stack it was missing all sorts essential parts having been robbed for other doors missing parts on the top of the stack. I ended up telling the relative they should just get a refund for the 20 minute $300 law orniment. As a customer try walking in there and askig fro more information on a product...Guess what happens? You have some ### in a red vest reading the box label to you like you were "F" ILLITERATE or BLIND!
