Aspen Dental - Dentures

Started services for new dentures in February at as pen in vest so ny. After 2 days of getting them 2 front teeth in upper denture falls out. I call, no one calls back. I walk in ask for manager. There excuse was molding machine. Make new upper free of charge. Ok I'm fine with that. 2 wks ago tooth falls out of bottom denture. No cents calling. So I go there ask to speak to manager again. I'm no happy by now. So they fix them, I had to wait 2 hrs. Manager said well theses things happen. Ummm, no they dont. Now Saturday another tooth fell out of bottom denture. No cents calling, they don't answer phone. 3000$ worth of crap! Not even a yr old. My old dentures are 14 yrs old never a tooth fall out. I just want good quality product for 3000$ now I've contacted my ins. Company that paid half. I'm filling an appeal for all this. No one should have to deal with any of this. My time is money too!

Aspen Dental - Looking to have submitted claims to both insurance companies. Detailed explanation on the outstanding bill.

Aspen Dental office is failing to submit claims to my insurance companies. I have two dental insurances. Primary Aetna DHMO and secondary Delta Dental. For two years non of my claims have been submitted to Delta Dental. I have outstanding bill for 333.10 USD for the service on 01/31/22. I am seeing that Aetna has payed 100% for the procedure. Aspen Dental is failing to explain where the amount of 333.10 comes from. I had tried to reach out the office via phone. No one has returned my calls. I have stopped by the office three times. Every time I got different excuses from the manager. 1) She did not see that I have two insurances that she is going to do that right away (never did); 2) that she does not have Explanation of Benefits from primary insurance that need to be submitted to the secondary insurance (so I printed for her, she still did not send EOB to secondary insurance); 3) that the office is not responsible for submitting the claims to secondary insurances. And again, if the insurance has covered 100% why Aspen dental is charging me 333.10. Please assist with this claim. Thank you. Ligita
