Was just at hoosick st location. I waited about 5 minutes along with another driver in the other lane. We thought the speaker / microphone was broken. I drove up to the first window and the the sever said the people taking orders were very busy and management instructed her to tell me and others to drive back around if I wanted to order. I drove back around and waited again then finally drove away. A simple message through the speaker stating they were busy and the wait would be … minutes
Desired outcome: Better communication and better service from management
