I went in to Store #308 509 Located 13801 QnS Blvd Briarwood NY today Dec 23,2022 and I was disgusted with the stores atmosphere and cleanliness of the store!

It’s with a heavy heart that I have to make a complaint against this store in the subject line.
When I went in to this store today Dec 23,2022
At 10:47 Am check # 1249 they were blasting Bangladeshi Music Not Christmas Music
I feel as a good customer of Dunkin since the loyalty program started back in 2015 or 2016 that this is clear business violations of Dunkin Brands contract with the franchisee
I want to say that since I am Sept 11,2001 First Responder who was down in Ground Zero that this situation today made me feel very uncomfortable and clearly violated Dunkin Brands contract with the Franchisees. I am a frequent Dunkin customer that that I know Dunkin has pipped in Music which Dunkin deems Acceptable for Franchises to play NOT LOUD BANGLADESHI MUSIC!
The windows have not been cleaned in ages and the store is always dirty. The owner must love floating on the Dunkin name so he can pocket good money and get away with Violating the contract he signed to be a Dunkin Store!
Desired outcome: The Store to get with the program and be cleaned up and remove the Inappropriate Bangladeshi Music and play the Dunkin approved Music which is Piped in ! I would also like a $25.00 Credit to my Dunkin Loyalty Rewards account
